I place is clean, organized, super comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, the owner had asked the night before what time I would like to be served breakfast, was delivered to me punctually. Just perfect. If I ever go back to Venlo, I'll stay there again.

It was very cozy, not like usual standardized comercial hotels. It has a small kitchen inside, a coffee machine (very helpful!) as well.
the bathroon sink and the kitchen sink seems a bit connected(?) - I heard a bit of noise from kitchen after I used the bathroom sink. Although it was nice to have a small kitchen inside the room.

What is not to like? I dropped off my luggage before checking in and when I got to the room in the evening, my luggage had been taken upstairs. The room is very homely and has all possible facilities (coffee & tea making, even cooking is possible) and is very well stocked. There's a small dining table with chairs, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great. I had a wonderful breakfast taken up to my room at exactly 8 pm. The host was very kind and informative.

The location is perfect. Close to the train station and the city centrum. The staff is nice and helpful. Great bathroom, great breakfast, served in the room. Coffee machine and pads in the room, clean and a lot of space for 2 people. Recommended.

Charming Historic building, friendly hosts, convenient location”

The location was very easy to get to from the train station and was only a five minute walk. The area with most of the restaurants was also a quick walk away. I loved the charming old building, the high ceilings and the cute balcony in the room I had. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was generously equipped with tea, coffee, a fridge, a coffee maker and water cooker. The hosts are very friendly and went out of their way to make me a special breakfast. They bought me oatmeal and oatmeal milk which was very kind. They were easy-going and laughed a lot which made me feel at home.
The only two things that bothered me about the property were the shower and the bedding. While I was showering with a side shower head, there was a bigger shower head at the very top of the shower that dropped freezing cold water on my head. I could not get it to stop and ended up huddled on the very side of the shower. I also did not like the synthetic bedding, it did not feel good on my skin.

**** stars when this was a Hotel. Big room with everything you need. Douche is like a Spa Resort one and a bottle of wine and fruit and a personal welcome message by arrival. Very good breakfast included.
