An Excellent Small Hotel - Value for Money”
I have visited Paris about half a dozen times before and I find the Opera Cadet Hotel Paris the best small hotel and value for money. It is clean, well-maintained, and well- managed. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The hotel is centrally and conveniently located. There is a good variety of food/fruits/drinks to suit the tase of all customers for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as it is the best in its class.

Excellent stay”
We really were impressed with the Cadet Hotel, stayed for a night for my Husbands 50th birthday. The location is great for what we were doing we had tickets to a concert at the L'Olympia and we were able to walk there no trouble, also easy walking distance from the guard de nord station. Very clean lovely room and breakfast in the morning was really well thought out with quite a small dinning room the choice was amazing.

Decent Hotel”
Clean, compact, comfortable and warm hotel. The buffet breakfast was adequate and filling. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. THey gave us maps of the area highlighting different restaurants and expaining how to get to certain sights. They are currently refacing the building so there was no sign on the hotel which made it a bit difficult to find. The pressure in the shower was extremely strong and took a bit of work to get it right but it wasn't a major problem. I have stayed in other hotels in Paris and this hotel is representative of what you will find. I would stay here again and reccommend it to friends.

Excellent Day Reception Staff”
Excellent and my highlight was the thoughtfulness of the day staff on the morning of my departure to arrange for me to remain in my room until late afternoon before I too a 22 hour flight back to Australia that night. As I had a 4 hour delay leaving Paris my flying experience was made much more tolerable thanks to them. Money cannot buy this type of service.

Quite far walking distance from main train station. But good location! There's a Starbucks and MacDonald near the hotel ! And cadet station is just next to the MacDonald

Good location, 2 minute from subway in Paris”
When you go to Paris for a short trip for sightseeing and shopping, no need for luxury room. This hotel is good look, but small. The location is good for subway. I got breakfast with the room rate. Many small restaurants and convenient store nearby.

Good location for a short stay”
The hotel has a very good location. The rooms overlooking the 'garden' are quite. However, the rooms that were shown to us were very small and the beds extremely small. The breakfast is OK.
