Great location 10 minutes walk from Marble Arch Underground station. Great ground floor room - no lift in the hotel and stairs are steep. it was very hotel when I was there and no fan so it was uncomfortable. I would not want to stay there in summer again unless a fan would be provided.

Had to downgrade myself to single room
The double room was dark, there was a very old towel, the cabinets were stuck, the fridge wasn't even plugged in. I had perishables so had to move to a single room where the shower stall leaked water all over the floor, there was very minimal toiletries, it was noisy, dark, and dirty. The man at the front desk was also not helpful - it was a huge inconvenience to review the second room, and he did not offer to help with fridge, or even offer of goodwill when I went from double room to single room.

Location was nice. The room didn't have towels, and one of the windows couldn't open (or close properly). Staff was friendly

We were located on the 4th floor with NO Elevator. The shower was loosing pressure all the time and while you were taking a shower you had to wait for the water pressure to go up again to remove the soap from your body. No coffee station in the room. No restaurant or breakfast room. The reception desk is up the staircase. OK hotel at a very good location.

If you are reading this, it is still not too late. Save yourselves from this horrible experience.
This is by far the worst hotel I ever set foot in. It is dirty, smelly, everything is falling apart and the rooms are tiny. We had to argue with the receptionist to switch rooms when we found that the bed was broken. The shower is like an old torturer device with the water temperature changing every 30 seconds from boiling hot to ice cold. Staff was rude and unpleasant so we couldn't really get help with any of these issues. Can't believe I survived this.

I thought your advertising was bad as you show this room with four poster as double room and this was not the room I had and that was the reason I booked it so I suggest you show this more clearly having said that the young man we met was very nice and helpful not his fault that your company advertised room incorrectly.
