非常有設計感並具有很大公共空間的風旅！”
位置在城中心，去到主要的觀光點都非常方便，我們都很很喜歡有曆史感的地方，這間飯店在一堆舊舊的房子中間，外觀很特別，最近一二層的咖啡廳在做整理，所以沒辦法體驗。我們訂到了帶浴缸的房間，很棒，整間風旅的燈光運用很棒，裝修細節不馬虎，哈哈，原諒我們做設計，很愛觀察這些細節，總之就是一間很有設計感的風旅，有機會一定會再去，CP值也高~對了，早餐很用心現場製作，完美🙂

房門隔音不好，隔壁租客打開門時，裏面播放的音樂很大。房外是共用客廳，其他租客聊天時會變成噪音。 清早後街有不少類似搬雜物的噪音，難以達到民宿希望為旅客創造的獨有體驗。 房間內的打坐式座位中看不中用，做了一會便會周身痠痛，倒不如改為一張小沙發。

接待溫度，裝潢設計，環境氛圍十分喜愛～ 專屬的精油氣息，都超乎我的預期及想像～ 環境好舒適，好適合喜歡安靜看書思考人生的人來這裡沉澱心靈。 小管家的接待不會讓人覺得不舒服，反而讓我們更了解很多當地的特色～串聯當地文化與特色，真的很有溫度的入住體驗～ 喜歡～

舒適又乾淨，早餐超豐盛，公共空間也很舒服，地處市中心去哪裡都方便。 缺點：公共空間的空調實在開太低了，一樓電梯入口17度，用餐廚房開20度真的太冷，而且沒有特約停車場。 除此之外一切都推薦！

房間乾淨，文青，環境舒適放鬆 隔壁的或者餐廳食物也好好吃 唯一不優的是，到了退房時間，我們開著門做最後巡視，延遲了5分鐘，一位男服務人員一直站在門外看著我們等我們離開，覺得壓力有點大。

繪本區很棒，環境整潔舒服，帶小小孩的旅客有附嬰兒澡盆，泡奶也很方便，但可惜用餐區沒有嬰兒座椅，得抱著孩子吃早餐。 旅館位在市中心，去哪裡都很方便。

選擇住宿地點時，看到在民宿地點巷弄中。嗯，是靜巷，應該是不會有車流聲。加上社群軟體上各種照片，就開心的預訂了。 另外有看到入住的網路評論，心裡有個底，難得的假期，對鴻梅文創有期待，算了，網路評論不用放在心上。 入住時，小管家說明可以酌量領取耳塞。 等等，耳塞？ 我住的是3800/晚的民宿，不是青年旅館欸。 那最後感受到的隔音問題？ 一顆星應該能表達我的住宿心情。 我當下有反應給民宿方。 另一半對於反應後，退房時沒有當面致意，只有訊息致意，感到無言，因為我們是特別來入住的新竹人，想說日後親友來新竹玩，入住感受不錯的話還可以推薦給親友。 而我自己是服務業背景，我能理解各種無奈的問題，不至於不給評分，除了隔音的硬體問題，其他細節我能感受民宿方用心。相信民宿方很重視評論，因為評論上有反應過的問題，本次入住除了隔音問題，其他都沒有遇到。 加油，希望未來還有機會可以入住。
