Exceptional”
Although the resort is a bit out of the way, the Orange Pear is located right on Las Cabanas Beach which has the most amazing sunsets. To get here, you have to take a tricycle about 10-15 min out of the main area but there are lots of amenities surrounding the property including food, shops and a gym. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the place is clean, with hot and cold showers and air conditioning. Again, a bit out of the way if you would rather be right in the centre of town but it is quiet, relaxing and of course, the sunsets are amazing.

I had to get angry to get the correct room I booked”
There was an issue with booking and they won't give me the bungalow which was the room I booked online. It took few hours and I had to get foods and drink from the bar next to it. It was exhausting. I didn't like the customer service. But room was worth it imo.

Shit hotel in good location ”
Nothing works! First 2 days we was out of water for shower. The hole room smelling like a mens room. Like someone pee on the floor or curtains. Door was a pain in the a.. to lock. Did complain about it but nothing happened. Wifi was a joke! I will never put my feet inside there property again

Noisy! Not recommended”
Staffs were passing by the room too noisy. There was undergoing construction besides our room and upstairs’ rooms. Room was dusty. Sink’s cold and hot water was not working.

ALERT: UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NOISE AND DIRTY”
There was under construction, noise and high music to monday to sunday 7am to 22pm non stop. You can’t relax any moment. At nights the locals was living near the rooms having a loud arguments and shouting till 3am. The rooms are dirty and the water of the shower have was brown and have a lot of clay. The beds are infested by ants. The personal of the hotel lie me about the construction hours. There was a service to book tours, be careful with the money the prices never are closed. I’ve had the worst experience ever in a hotel.

Nice location but need to improve services and facilities ”
The location is at a prime spot sadly no direct road via public transport. You have to call in for a porter pickup at McDonalds. The room I stayed in was beachfront and just beside the restaurant it is very nice sadly improvements on their toilet fixtures would be a plus. Staff should also need to tidy up the room every day unless DnD sign is up. Replenishment of water in the room would be a plus. Overall my stay was good enough for me and my wife.

Great staff, bad facilities ”
Staff is great, very nice and helpful people. The breakfast was good, I will suggest the hotel to have more western options for the food and at least chocolate for the pancakes. The stairs and the common areas are dirty and old/wasted. They have renovated the rooms, but bathrooms not? That’s not nice and it’s really bad. The rooms are ok, a bit dirty, but the bathroom is awful. Only the location is good, but overall it’s not worth the price you pay for this accommodation. Don’t recommend.

Rest & Relax”
The room was clean, bed linen and towels were fresh. AC is cold. We had hot water kettle and bottle of water that can be refilled by the dining staff. Located on the beach near Zip Line sign-up. Our room did not have a fridge or television which we did not miss since we only spent time in the room to shower and sleep.

Bon hotel”
Hôtel propre bien situé !personnel gentil nous avion la chambre 3 qui est face à la mer très bien ! Le petit déjeuner est bien ! Une omelette ou oeuf avec Toast et fruit café instantané ! Il faut demander si vous voulez faire la chambre ! L’internet ne fonctionne pas ! Les chiens la nuit s’activent nous les entendions se chicaner ! Sinon c’est un bel endroit vous pouvez vous baigner en face de l’hôtel

L’albergo si trova direttamente sul mare, la vista dalla camera è uno spettacolo per il cuore. La camera è troppo piccola, non c’è spazio per la valige a meno che non le si appoggia per terra. Solo 2 asciugamani a disposizione e la camera viene pulita solo se richiesto. Il livello di pulizia è accettabile. Non c’è una cassaforte in camera e mancano molti accessori. La colazione molto povera ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è scarso. Il personale è molto disponibile, cordiale ed educato.

Кажется, что кто-то построил отличный отель, а потом его бросил. Требуется ремонт и обновление. Месторасположение супер! В прилив море доходит прям до стен отеля. Пусть пляж с ровным дном и не прям перед отелем (идти папу минут), но это даже плюс, так как нет толп людей. Бронировали бунгало, но приехали на день раньше и нам сказали, что в нашем бунгало проблемы с кондиционером , без доплат поменяли на супер номер прямо на берегу моря, с отличным видом. Спасибо им огромное . За 5 дней не убирались ни разу, интернета в отеле практически нет, только в лобби. Но мы очень попросили и нам принесли роутер , работал, но не стабильно . Завтрак однообразный , азиатский, заканчивается быстро . В общем рекомендую . Остальные отели на пляже выглядят отлично, но думаю цены там выше

Отель расположен неудобно, сумки надо нести, нет хорошей дорожки до отеля, нет воды в номере, мыться приходится из ведёрок с ковшами, шумно и пыльно, в 2-х метрах строится новый отель, рабочие начинают работать в 8 утра, сильно шумят.,

Не связывайтесь”
Если не хотите подпортить себе прибывание в Эль Нидо, не селитесь в отель Orange Pearl. Мы его забронировали только из-за расположения на купабельном пляже и из-за того, что якобы с этого пляжа стартуют лодки в туры. В итоге, лодки с пляжа не уходят, только приватные за 11.000 (!!!) песо, все остальные только из города Эль Нидо, а купаться после туров уже совсем не хочется. Плюс на пляже постоянно музыка и молодежная тусовка из-за баров рядом. Теперь про отель. Он для филиппинцев, с их понятием о комфорте. Сервис и желание сделать клиенту хорошо отсутствует как класс. Полная девушка на ресепшн как будто делает вам одолжение, когда ее о чем-то просишь. Соответственная обстановка и в номерах: полотенца все сырые, после вытирания остаются клочки на одежде, полотенец всего по одному на человека, негде помыть после пляжа песок, все в номер идет, вайфай только для двух устройств и постоянно отрубается, воду питьевую не доливают, убирают только после того как повесите табличку для уборки...
