Check-in is at 16:00 even duo your website and all other websites show 15:00, they say at the hotel it's a mix-up because they give a key only at 16:00. check-out on Saturday at noon , meaning the room is only for 20 hours, seems a bit short for me. All the public facilities are a bit dirty, But the breakfast was very good and the shower was big and very nice

We arrived at 3:00 to check in to our executive suite. We were told that the the room was being prepared and would be ready in a couple of minutes. We waited in the lobby with our 2 young children, one of them just a newborn. Every time we asked about our room, we were told that it would just be a few more minutes. After close to 3 hours, at nearly 6:00, our room was ready. At the time we had to put our children to bed and weren't able to go out to the water anymore. Our children were extremely tired and cranky after spending so much time waiting in the lobby and we were worn out and frustrated when this was supposed to be a vacation! The staff was not willing to work with us to give us a reduced rate or another night to make up for the lost time.

Near Appolonia, Crusader fortress on Each in northern Herzliya. From the NW corner of site, Facing north is a sensational view of the coastline, so beautigul not to put on your wall. Hotel has great location. High class area. Just look to the beach and feel like it is heaven.

Very clean hotel in excellent location on the beach. So many free services - free wifi, bike hire, international phone calls, free wine and chocolate in the room etc! Only downside was that pool only open between 10am-5pm so I did not get much chance to use it as I was working during the day.

This is mainly apartments with 4 floors to the hotel. No restaurant and small facilities. But overall very clean and top quality products. Balcony was tiny and my room faced the street and was noisy. Try to get a room with full front view of beach.
