The hotel was actually good for its price. Cons were the hot-cold shower doesn't work and the window curtains were small , it should've been bigger to cover the whole. We needed to clip it right by the window, the window was even transparent.

Don't expect western standards bathroom sink was actually falling off the wall and looked like it had been that way for a while and it drained on the floor lol but unit was clean. I have stayed there before good location and price.

the staff are friendly, i'm not picky with the place i stay since it's quite comfy, the only thing that had me disappointed is the shower that doesn't work and water isn't running fast but overall, i'm okay with my stay and will be back next time.

Cheap accommodation ”
I booked a single room last Jan 5 when i couldn't get a ride to Cebu from Ormoc. I got a room for only six hundred pesos through agoda. I arrived at the pension house around 12:30 PM and the lady on the reception area told me that their check-in time is at 2PM. I left my luggage at the front desk then went outside to look for a place to eat. There is a Mayong's bakery in the corner and A Seven Eleven nearby . Goldilocks is beside Mayong's. It was past 2PM when i got my room. It was located on the 5th floor. Take note that there is NO elevator. Inside my room the TV was not working so informed them. They have it fix and there i found out there is only 1 channel available (channel 7). Overall stay is okay.

Pros - good location for golf at Leyte golf & CC and early ferry next morning. Staff friendly and efficient with help on transport to golf course and information on ferry to Cebu ticket and departue. Cons - my room on 5th floor no elevator. TV only received one local channel, other channels snowy an sound distorted. Electronic key not working, after several trips up and down 5 floors staff gave me manual key. No outside window. Aircon very high on the wall, need to stand on bed to adjust. Overall hotel accommodation okay for me but I would not take my family here.

Ideal for a night or two ....not a palace but ok for sleeping and much better value than the hotels double the price that don’t offer much better. Plus it’s on the main street just 300 yards from the port and bus terminal.

Hotel had problem with towels, bathroom was not maintained very well, even it looked nice and clean, basic maintenance was missing in this hotel. Staff had serious problem to provide us with towels upon arrival - 8pm , after my 30 hours of travelling time simple thing like that was very disappointing.

1. No one was answering any numbers listed on the web 2. Lobby was closed when I tried to check in 3. My reserved room wasn't available anymore even though I requested for late check in 4. After some time, they offered another room but asked to transfer me on my second night 5. No WiFi 6. No own parking (although this is understandable)
