The hotel has excellent and friendly staff, making guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Rooms are clean and new, with modern furnishings. The location is great, with nearby restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, including Central Bangna mall. Guests appreciate the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and feel safe with CCTV everywhere. The beds are comfortable and big, and the body wash and shampoo leave a good scent.
Location is a bit far from BTS transportation, but easy to get a taxi on the main road.

This is actually my 3rd time staying in this hotel. As usual, the staffs are all kind and helpful. I always feel welcomed by their service. The quality and value for this hotel worth more than the price, comparable to 4-5 star hotels. They have comfortable bed and pillows, enough amenities and toiletries, good water pressure, clean, and eco conscious. Location wise is a bit far from city centre but I can always use Grab e-hailing to go to places. There is also 7-eleven within 5 minutes walk. I also love the restaurant across the hotel that serves local craft beers. Every time I went there the beer selections are always different so you can try different beer every time.
The last hotel for my Thailand trip, it was the best so I was sad to leave. There was seven-eleven and pharmacy within walking distance, so I could get it easily when I needed something. The hotel has a clean room and comfortable atmosphere. It smelled the best among the hotels I stayed. I like body wash and shampoo, if I know the brand, want to buy the same one! And I think there are CCTV everywhere, so I felt safe. The swimming pool was very nice, so I played without knowing that I would get sun burned... If you go here, I recommend MEE-KHWAM-SOOK, Faie Kham, and Central Bangna. Especially, Central Bangna was nice to be able to buy various fruits that were prepared as well as shopping. It must have been difficult to communicate because of my poor English, grateful to the staff for their kindness.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. Although I didn't have time to use the pool, I found the room to be spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly Jom at the reception. He speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located with a 7-11 just a 10-minute walk away. They also offer a free shuttle service to 7-11 and Central Plaza shopping mall, which is very convenient. However, you'll need to arrange your own way back to the hotel. One thing to note is that there was some noise from piping, the air conditioning, or cleaning activities upstairs, as I was staying on the second floor. It wasn't a big deal for me since I'm a deep sleeper, but it might be bothersome for others. You may request for higher floor, but I think need to pay more for premium rooms. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel that offers great value for its price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This property is really clean and tidy as it’s fairly new. Close to Central Plaza and Bangkok International Airport. I recommend this property if you need a short stay near the airport. It doesn’t have room service or a restaurant apart from breakfast for an extra charge. The breakfast didn’t appeal to me as I prefer a more western international breakfast than rice soup or Asian foods. Apart from that good alround hotel for comfortable affordable stay.

But I put my faith in the score and decided to start my New Year celebration here, and the score tells the truth! In fact, the pictures don’t do the place justice. This place is very cozy. It feels like its own small compound, with one building as the hotel and another as a restaurant and bar. The pool looked awkwardly uncomfortable in the pictures (since it’s next to the parking lot), but it’s actually well-hidden behind bushes, giving a sense of privacy and security. We didn’t mind swimming there for hours. The service is perfect, very helpful, professional, and polite. The area and hotel are quite quiet... maybe too quiet, if I’m being honest 🤣. I didn’t see many other guests even though it was fully booked. Where is everyone? Or do I just get up too late? Lol. Still, the quiet atmosphere is lovely and makes the place feel very private, great for anyone looking for a peaceful spot to relax. Even with a bar and pub on-site, the vibe is calm and family-friendly. The downside is the location. Don't get me wrong, it’s relatively central to all the prominent spots in the Bangna area, which is nice if you rely on those taxi apps. However, there’s almost nothing within walking distance besides Central Bangna. There aren’t many activities or restaurants nearby, either. You could explore the whole area in one day. Breakfast options are also limited since the hotel is almost the only choice. That said, it’s not bad. 150 Baht gets you one dish, while salad, cereal, fruits, and toast are included as a buffet. It’s great value for the price. Only instant coffee is provided, but I’m not complaining. Oh, by the way, their TV sucks. The Android box struggles to operate anything. If you have patience, you can make something out of it. Overall, Orion is the perfect stay for us! The room is very new, modern, and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved every minute here, and thank you for such a warm and memorable stay!
