"Group of 3, stayed during 21/9/17 - 24/9/17, Superior Triple. Location: Osaka-jo koen Station (Approx 5 mins walk to Hotel) Hotel room was very spacious, Service by the staff are great. Even took extra measure to guide the way to room, introducing places in hotel and where to get ice for cold drinks. Room has a mini walk-in wardrobe that has some hangers, luggage holder and a safe inside. Toilet are well equipped with 3 sets of amenities and hair dryer. Main area has sofa set, working desk, TV, mini refrigerator, some alcohols and drinks, beds. Area is very spacious, 3 (24" luggage) all opened up at once and there are still plenty of space to move around. Some items in the room can start up slowly like the kettle and the air con. Takes awhile for the kettle to boil water, air con may start up slower and temperature adjust can be slow too. Nearby the hotel, it has Lawson and Starbucks towards Osaka Castle direction, and towards the business district, more stores can be found. Food can be found around the same area. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay here, Pro: Close to Osaka-jo koen station(Osaka Loop Line), those who are using JR pass, this allows you to make full use of your pass, Spacious, polite and friendly staff, Con: Slow start up of kettle and air con."

"Small room, but clean and nice. Perfect location - just walking distance from Osaka castle. Entrance to underground being located at the hotel entrance allows to travel everywhere fast and easy. Breakfast was good, but rather Japanese style, so not too good if you are not ready to eat exotic food in the morning. Nice and comfortable onsen was a great place to relax after the long day. And it was opened at least until midnight! There was even Finnish sauna! "

"The best thing the hotel has going for it is LOCATION. It's a block away from the Tanimachi Yonchome station - so convenient! Also - Osaka castle is a walkable distance from the hotel, and you get to pass by the NHK QC and the Osaka Museum of History. I would NOT recommend this hotel for people over 6' - the beds are TINY and so are the doors! There is a bathtub but you'll only fit in it if you're in a fetal position. While these didn't bother us at all, it may be an issue for others."

"Very easy to go to Major attractions by JR and Subway, all within half hour. The breakfast is very nice with good mix of Japanese and western food. Make sure your booking includes breakfast or you have to pay US$10 for it. Good size of room and nice bathroom. The hotel is in the shopping mall so the basement is supermarket with cooked food court. There are around 15 restaurants in the mall including Starbucks and Kentucky fired chicken if you don't like Japanese food. Traveling out to Kyoto is easy to connect from Osaka station which is only 10 min from Kyobashi station through JR. We bought ICOCA card from the JR station in the airport and it is much easier then buying tickets for each journey. It is good location to travel around the town and you can push luggage to the train station platform within 3-5 minutes and all indoor walk. JR run direct line from airport to Kyobashi station and takes around 70 min. If you transfer will be quicker but We just don't want the trouble to change train with luggages. There are streets with Japanese restaurants outside the train station but we prefer to eat in the shopping mall as it is easy to order food from the window display given that we can't read Japanese. Hotel room has good speed of free WiFi connection and all the toiletry are supplied including tooth brush and pastes. The cleaner changes everything daily even the disposable sleepers and pyjamas. We stay at smoking when I book the room but I can't smell any thing in the whole hotel. I guess Japanese don't smoke that much at all. For my 4 stays in Japan I have not see anyone smoke at all. I only see Smoke room in the airport. "
