The room is clean, functional, and reasonably spacious by Japanese standard. The shuttle bus (running every 15 mins) to and from Shin-Osaka makes our trips to surrounding areas a lot more convenient.

Free shuttle bus to shin odaka station”
The stress was finding the exit 2 that will brings us to shuttle bus stop. Shin osaka station has 12exit. And it's a v big challenge for us to try to find our way to exit 2 . The station signage is not clear. Need to ask pp to help u find your way. Buffet breakfast food served is mainly Japanese food. Healthy version. Go for the kinoyu hot spring bath at the opposite building roof top. They charge 800yen only.. go for the outdoor hot spring and sauna with t.v. there is a few good restaurants, family mart n Lawson mart to buy food and daily essentials.

Great location and good price ”
i enjoy my stay in osaka garden palace hotel aside from the low price i was able to purchase , the shuttle is the best part i have to take the taxi at first night i arrive i did not know that there was a free shuttle service and when i found out about it i never hesitated to use it and now i even book for another 3 night before i head home to the philippines and back to the usa i will surely use this hotel again and even recommend to my friends if they are going to osaka if they want a simple but elegant place to stay in.

Traveler's hotel in a good spot”
First, the hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from the Shin-Osaka station - the biggest transportation hub in the Kansai area - which means you can get anywhere you want quickly. It does mean though that you will hear train noise (As for me I sleep like a log so I didn't mind but maybe it'll be a problem for others). The lobby looks incredibly luxurious and has two or three (don't remember) restaurants inside. The rooms however are standard 3-star grade. This is still more than enough if you use the hotel mainly for bed and shower. The price was great, though it was a last minute booking so I don't know what the usual prices are. Staff are friendly and they try to have at least one decent English-speaking employee at the front desk at all times. One annoying thing is that removing the key from the slot near the door shuts-down all electricity, so can't charge the laptop while away. Overall it's a great hotel when traveling in Osaka. Check them out if you're around.

Perfect”
The hotel is a bit far from the Shin-Osaka station but they have a shuttle every 15minutes and this won't be a problem. The small double room is just enough as a couple. Bed is wide enough and clean. There is a small fridge with two complimentary water bottles. The toilet provides enough bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Aside from that they have other toiletries from bath towels, hand towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, etc... The bathtub and toilet bowl are very clean. Hot water is sufficient for quick dip and have your own mini-onsen. The TV provides enough information for the shuttle bus schedule although most of the channels are in Japanese. Anyway you are not here to watch TV. The hotel have vending machines, microwave and ice dispenser at the 9th floor and 12th floor. They also have a coin laundry machine and clothes dryer at the 12th floor. There is nothing to complain for and it provided the best value. We stayed here August 22-24 (2 nights) for just US $110/2nights

Good facilities and shuttle bus service ”
free shuttle bus service from shin osaka station (bus stop bellow the shin osaka elevated train track) is very helpful to get around quickly in Osaka as we can catch the train from the most important station in Osaka. the room is also good as it is has been renovated recently. the staff is also friendly and we permitted to early checkin (2.40 pm)

I enjoyed my stay in Osaka Garden Palace and would recommend this hotel to other travellers in the same area,although the staff had trouble communicating in english ( especially the late night shift) im not complaining because they were very nice friendly and helpful.

Great for a stopover b/w Osaka and Kyoto”
Needed a room to stay for one night to spend one day in Osaka and travel further to Kyoto the next day. This hotel was perfect for these purposes. It actually exceeded our expectations, as the (twin) room was spacious (though the hotel itself is a bit dated, but as long as it was clean, I was satisfied) and had all the necessary amenities, plus bus shuttle going every 15 minutes to the Shin-Osaka station was extremely convenient. Would certainly recommend to those who need a place in close proximity to the station. The other hotels that are located closer to the station are substantially more expensive than this one, but you don't feel the difference provided with the shuttle bus. So I would chose this hotel again if happen to have a similar itinerary.

Good hotel in the north of Osaka”
This is my second time to stay in this hotel which is located near Shin-Osaka station. Their shuttle bus service still the best option to go to Shin-Osaka station otherwise you need 10-15 minute walk. Room and staff are same standard quality. Area of some improvement is internet.

Hotel with Great location”
The hotel located very near to the Shin-Osaka station, convenience for tourist to go Kyoto or Tokyo. There is free shuttle services near exit 3 or 6, but have to walk long way there. The room is very spacious, well equipped with all the things you needs, the hotel outlook and interior like a 5-stars hotel. Recommended to stay.

Nice and cosy hotel with good service”
This is a good hotel located near Shin-Osaka station. Since you cannot walk from the station to the hotel but they have on-time shuttle bus service and this is a benefit for staying away from crowed. Standard Japanese hotel room size which is quite small but ok for one person. Good staff and always kind to offer you assistance.

Very nice hotel ”
I've stayed here for two nights during my short trip to Osaka. The room is much bigger and comfortable as compared to what I stayed in Tokyo. They provide free shuttle bus service to the Shin Osaka station which is a big plus. Overall i'm very happy with this hotel.

Hotel is 3 mins from Shin-Osaka station by free shuttle bus, which departs every 15 min (to & from hotel). Room is clean. However the room aircon is from centralised unit. Cannot adjust to lower temperature. Buffet breakfast has great varieties (Japanese & Western)

We enjoyed the cleanliness, attention to detail, and services provided to us during our stay here. This was our group favorite for our trip to Japan. They provide shuttles to and from the Shin-Osaka airport. Staff were very friendly. The rooms had nice views and were more than any of us expected. Would definitely stay again!

Good hotel at convenient location”
Great hotel due to location and good service. The shuttle bus is brilliant and frequent (if travelling on the Shinkansen or have a JR pass). We had two rooms and stayed for 4 nights on the 10th floor (4 adults and 1 child). The hotel was extremely accommodating in every way. The service was fantastic and had the option to have our room cleaned daily if required. There is an ice machine available and a microwave. Also restaurants downstairs but we never ate there. Would highly recommend for a hotel at a reasonable price which is comfortable, in a great location to see the sights of Osaka and nearby.

I arrived late and no more shuttle bus to hotel. I can’t find the way to walk to hotel as too many exits from a big train station Shin-Osaka. Took the shuttle from hotel to station. It is so much better and I’m happy they provide a shuttle bus.
