Great clean hotel with fabulous outdoor area, pool and great breakfast. Rooms were well appointed with a large balcony. There are several yummy restaurants nearby. There is a bus very near that runs to the ruins in Ostia Antica and the beach. Please note the spa and sauna etc are and extra charge. This was not made clear to me on booking.
