Not so great”

I was expecting a 5* experience but honestly it felt like a 3* at best. Breakfast was ok if you go early otherwise your left with overcooked food in the hot section. The bedroom was quite old fashioned and you could hear everything from the rooms next door (crying newborn in our case on one night and a party in another on the final night at 2am). Would not return again I'd try somewhere else instead.

Péssimo atendimento, hotel deixou muito a desejar por se nomear um 5 estrelas, não eh ruim mas está muito longe de 5 estrelas, tive várias experiências ruins na minha estadia de 3 noites, desde a demora de quase 1 hora para emprestar um ferro de passar, como a não limpeza do quarto no segundo dia mesmo tendo passado o dia todo fora. Em todas as ocasiões fizemos reclamações mas com nenhuma resolutiva por parte do hotel. preço extremamente caro do restaurante e comidas do bar além de caras de muita má qualidade, os próprios garçons falaram q não recomendam a comida pois eh péssima, devia ter ouvido eles.
