Stay here was fine. Everything was decent, nothing extraordinary. The floor of our room was a bit uneven, felt weird walking on it. Bedsheet had a stain and they tried to cover it with the pillow. The front desk guy stepped into our room with his socks on, socks that he wears everywhere within the ryokan, can tell they have picked up a lot of dust. I think he should follow the standard and wear slippers and remove them when going into people’s rooms to give them the welcome tour.

Staying at Yufu Ryochiku was really awesome! Room was very neat and clean and foods were amazingly yummy. All staffs were very friendly - although their English was not great, they tried very hard to communicate with guests. The place is in the middle of the main street so very easy to locate and it was near to everything. If you want a perfect stay at Yufuin, this place will be the best idea:)

The service at Oyado Yufu Ryochiku is excellent, the breakfast and dinner were amazing. We stayed there 2 nights and the menus are different for both days. The staff went out of their way to provide great service, prepared us breakfast box on the day that we had to leave early to catch the train. We definitely recommend this place! The private outdoor onsen was great!

Cozy old house”

traditional Japanese Hotel with full board. Located just a kilometer away from train station and in between the main walking street and Kirinko Lake. Staffs are all helpful even they barely speak English. Very impressive stay :)

The meals at the onsen never disappoint. There are 4 private onsens in the ryokan , big enough for a group of 4pax, the maximum. The location is excellent, just aside turn from the busy Yunotsubo-Kaido Street & 5mins walk from the Yufuin flora village.

メイン通りである湯の坪街道からすぐ入ったところにありロケーションは抜群です。古い旅館の風情があり雰囲気も良し。夕食はこれでもかというボリュームでご飯まで辿り着けませんでした。還暦夫婦には量を半分で質を上げて頂ければと思います。4つの貸切風呂は空いていればいつでも入れるので、日の出を露天風呂で迎えました。

拖著行李要走一小段路，有兩條路可選擇，一個是穿過商店街，我走比較遠一點的風景路，沿途風光是舒適的 乾淨舒適的傳統旅店，一進門就像走進劇中場景，在房間內有浴衣可做更換，讓妳舒服的穿去泡湯與用餐 餐點也是非常推薦，因為不吃生魚片，店家也幫我改成熟食，主廚是老經驗的老師傅，連玉子燒都是一等一👍👍👍 在用晚餐時，服務人員會幫我們先把床舖好 八間客房，兩戶外兩室內泡湯區，鎖上就變個人風呂，完全不用擔心會人擠人 離金鱗湖非常近，走出去就是商店街 有會說中文及英文的服務人員～非常推薦他們的貼心與服務！！ 一定是我下次造訪由布院的首選💖 還有大家到訪時，祝福大家有緣遇到那區巡邏的傲嬌小胖貓😊

無可挑剔的溫泉旅館”

地點十分方便，就在湯之坪街道的中段位置。我倆都喜歡懷舊風格，旅館和房間的設計和擺設，都讓我們有回到古代日本的感覺，十分喜歡。 由check in 到離開，服務員都十分親切和細心，英文溝通也沒有問題。食物的味道也十分滿意，從餐前酒，到甜品都會一一為你介紹。 唯一要改善的就要e-mail方面，因為我老公不能吃牛肉，和入住當晚正正是老公生日，所以希望可以有些特別安排，所以提前通知。但他們好像沒有收到e -mail, check-in 時再跟他們確認，才知 道我們不能吃牛肉。不過他們都即時安 排了其他食物，也安排了個小小的蛋糕 給我們👍🏻 整體來說，我們都很享受和喜歡這旅館❣️

接待人員非常熱心很和善，因為英文不好，也很簡單的介紹，可以大致了解意思，餐點很豐盛，2個女子吃到超滿足，，下次會再次觀故。

1. 服務人員態度很誠懇，各方面都很願意幫忙，check in 時提供小點心、一邊詳細解釋各項小規定，覺得服務滿分。 2.訂房包含晚餐和早餐，傳統的日式料理非常豐盛，家人也讚不絕口，以價位來說相當值得。 3.因爲是住家庭和式房，其實睡覺的地方會因為距離冷氣比較近而比較舒適，距離比較遠的很熱，可能因此睡覺會熱到流汗會醒來那種，所以要注意 4.地理位置也很容易到達，早上到去金鱗湖或晚上出去散步都算方便，房子是老房子了，感覺有在用心護理，整體來說是非常推薦由府兩築！
