        Lokasi Strategis”

        OYOnya terletak di pinggir jalan raya depan Rumah sakit. Dan menyatu dengan Apotik Oscar. Di depan penginapan pagi dan malem banyak yg jual makanan murah dan enak! Hanya saja krn menyatu dengan apotek, jam buka pintu dan jam tutup pintu mengikuti apotek. Kebersihan agak kurang. Overall good

        Kurang memuaskan. ”

        Tidak memuaskan. Kamar tidak sesuai dgn gambar di agoda. Awal sampai di hotel, staff menyambut ramah, tapi setelah tahu bahwa saya pesan lewaf agoda, dikasih kamar yg sempit, tidak ada jendela, bahkan lubang sirkulasi udarapun tidak ada, tidak ada selimut sama sekali, bahkan tidak ada space untuk sholat. Waktu liat gambar di agoda bagus, menjanjikan, sehingga saya berani membayar lunas pemesanan kamar untuk 4 hari. Tapi pas tau saya di tempatkan si kamar yg seperti itu, rasanya bener bener kecewa, entah dgn agoda atau hotelnya. Mau marah tapi tdk tau ke siapa. Mau refund pun tdk bisa. Mau pindah hotelpun sayang uang yg sudah di bayarkan lunas untuk 4hari menginap. Alhasil Dengan TERPAKSA tinggal di kamar yg tidak sesuai dgn ekspektasi. Dan lagi, hotelnya tidak bisa keluarmasuk tiap jam. Sudah seperti asrama aja, kalo mau pergi harus hubungin staff hotel untuk dibukakan pintu samping. Bilangnya 24jam selalu on, siap di telpon, tapi nyatanya jam 5 pagi ditelpon berapa kali tidak di angkat, sehingga menyusahkan kami sebagai pelanggan untuk aktifitas pagi. Terimakasih agoda/oyo/2oscar hotel yg sudah memberikan saya pelajaran bahwa jangan pernah percaya dgn gambar yg di pasang di iklan.

        udah pesen katanya ngga masuk, akhirnya terpaksa pesen lagi giliran udah booking lg lewat app lain, baru bilang kalo ternyata sudah masuk. kamar kotor bgt, seprei kotor, selimut kotor, kamar mandi kotor, jalan menuju kamar bau kencing parah, staffnyaa ga ramah sama sekali. gak paham lagi. bahkan untuk harga segitu ngga worth it sama sekali

        Pelayanan Buruk, Fasilitas Kotor, Tidur di Apotek”

        Dateng ke sini untuk transit di Surabaya bareng 3 teman lainnya. Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Waktu diminta menurunkan gorden jendela, mbaknya main tarik sampai gordennya rusak. Lalu, teman saya complain wastafel mampet lalu dijawab "Gak Butuh Wastafel kan?". Kasur kotor banyak bekas sundutan rokok, lantai berdebu, kamar mandi bau. Worst stay ever. Lain kali, kalau bisnis hotelier tolong diperhatikan lagi pelayanan dan kebersihannya. Gak usah maksain apotek jadi tempat tidur.
