worst experience ever!!!!!!”

Went to the hotel and had been told that overbooked. led us to the nearest hotel which only cost the OYO 111 HOTEL China Town Inn RM 70 but without refund to us which we already paid while booking for RM 107. Asked the OYO 111 HOTEL China Town Inn to refund but they told us to get refund from AGODA. Worst service!

I can recommend this hotel”

We extended our stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but clean with comfortable beds. they allowed us to check in early which was very nice. Right in the middle of Jalan Petaling road but quiet inside. Perfect location. Would definitely recommend this place!

terrible bad”

Water heater is not function, TV display in black and white. Will not go next visit to KL. The wifi is not function at night time,, when inform to the reception, the receptionist said she don't know, terrible bad response.

Good deal”

In the Chinatown's heart of KL. Very crowded and busy area with restaurants, stalls and everything else. Easy to get from KLIA2 by bus. The room didn't has windows. The air conditioner worked well though. The toilet was like the typical Malayan or Indonesian toilet.

Bad experience ever”

- Terrible sound proof room as we can hear people walking and chatting in the corridor! Even the radio which played at the receptionist can be heard as well! - Weak wifi signal as we can't connect to it at all the whole night. - Nonetheless, strategic location as walking distance to heaven of food. - Clean room.

They dot retern my deposit, when l forgot about it. It's not too much. But very shame on hotel. If they stolen you deposit, they can do it this you luggage or mobile. I' m check out on the 12th of November. May be Agoda remaid to them,... Ha

Overall ratings, it's excellent. There's a free water for all. New facilities, room is clean and the hotel staff is very accomodating. Location wise, it's very accessible. will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Pas de tout repos ”

Chambres et hotel propre , lit confortable. Par contre les chambres sont très mal insonorisées . Le personnel commence des 6/7h du matin , discute devant les portes des chambres, passe l'aspirateur alors que les check out sont à 12h Pas trop de respect pour le repos des clients. Tous les matins ( nous avons passé 4 nuits ) il a fallu sortir de chambre pour leur demander de discuter ailleurs . Nous étions à l'étage de la réception , toute la nuit le gardien impriment des documents avec une imprimante qui fait un boucan du diable .
