i wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel again because of the facilities provided worth the money. i choose the deluxe queen room, which the room size is max for 2 person according to the room size. they also provide premix coffee with 2 cups, stirrers and water heater if you wanted to make yourself a cup of coffee. there’s also hairdryer provided inside the bathroom, and adequate amount of body soaps, body lotions & shampoos to be use. the room is clean and plenty of channel provided including HBO. the only thing that wasn’t provided on that day is the remote controller for the tv, because the staff told me that they didn’t have enough stocks for it. but i’m fine because i could still change the channel or swith off the tv manually. overall, it was a good stay ! fyi, you can park at the parking lot around the hotel free on sat-sun, but requires parking coupons or via apps on mon-fri.

The check in counter staff is very helpful and friendly, they help me upgrade my room to a window view room & rearrange another non smoking room for me which I really appreciated it. the room is clean, equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, kettle & cups, & free coffee. Aircond & water heater are at super good condition.

this is my first experience with OYO and it was good ! the room space is enough for two which i booked the deluxe queen room. except that no coffee stirrer or what you call it, to make yourself a cup of coffee (*thankfully i bought my own spoon) and the encorp strand mall is just beside of the hotel. some shoplots around, cimb bank, mamak restaurant, starbucks and others. it was a good experience and i would recommend others to go for this hotel too !

Everything about hotel was very good except of the attitude of 1 staff (Syed).I’ve been stay here more than 10days somemore when i want to extend the room and book using agoda, he told me that after this they dont want to accept booking online anymore due to the rate was to cheap.His attitude so insulting.
