              ห้องไม่สะอาด ผ้าปูยับเหม็นกลิ่นอับ ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด ที่สำคัญคือก้าวแรกเข้าไปพนักงานพูดจาไม่ดี ไม่เต็มใจบริการ เพื่อนได้ห้องแอร์ไม่เย็น เดินไปแจ้ง พนักงานแม่บ้านตอบว่าไม่ใช่ช่าง แย่มาก ราคากับห้องพอรับได้ แต่พฤติกรรมการบริการไม่เหมาะสมต่อลูกค้า เพิ่งเข้าพักไป เสียความรู้สึก เราจองไปสี่ห้อง สภาพคือไม่ไหวสักห้อง นี่ก็พักโรงแรมในนครมาเยอะไม่เคยไปเรื่องเยอะใส่โรงแรมไหน แต่ที่นี่คุยกับลูกค้าเหมือนเราไปขอนอนฟรี
