For this 2 nights i with my 3 ladys friends stay in room 104...This room is so nice n we like it..Honestly we felt safe during our stay here and we also felt very comfortable in our room (104), but a few things like kettle for us to do cofffea n tea, i know that u guys already put hot/cold mechine near the lift but its far from our room and it was a bit difficult for us to get out from the room and get some hot water and go back into the room, and also in our room (104) just have 1 big table, we already stay in here for many times and before this we stay in room 304 for twice and 204 for 1 time and in this 2 rooms have small desks at the centre of bed..But in our new room (104) dont have any small desks, so can u guys provide small desk in room 104..Also if can please provide the hairdryers and put mores hangers for more comfort cos in room 104 only got 4 hangers only😊....We hope the management can consider some of our suggestions for future comfort.Tq guys, we will come again..

Pros: the hotel is located at the center of Miri. the location is not hard to find. the staff is okay and helpful. the room is very tidy and clean. the hotel itself is calming and good for stay. no noisy noise at night. provided with very basic facilities. very good for short stays. Cons: the drain cover in the parking behind the hotel is not properly made (be extra careful when parking behind). no water heater and cupboard in the room. our bedroom door (Family Room) is not properly maintained. overall, this hotel is good for short stays. its quality is very worth our stay. disregarding the cons, the hotel would be a better place to stay. would definitely go here again next time :)

There is no instant coffee/tea and bottled drinking water provided by this hotel. Small jug provided by the hotel room is not cleaned and its is dirty! The milo inside the jug is smelly already. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Just you need to make sure all things inside your room is cleaned before your client checked in. Now is covid pandemic, you need to extra make sure everything is cleaned! That’s all

We reached kenyalang suite at 1am to check in, we were told at that moment that it is used as a quarantine facilities. Once we check in we cannot go out of the room. We told the receptionist to prepare the room. When we enter the room only have 2 towel. We booked for 4 person room. The receptionist have a very bad attitude in dealing with customers. Room have no hot water. The door to the shower was broken. Toilet sink is blocked. Overall very bad experience to stay in this place.
