It was a troublesome check in.. didn't indicate which hotel it was & my booking isn't in their system.. had to call agoda, oyo hotel to check with my bookings.. had to wait for almost an hr just to check in.. i was already tired & that happened.. the staffs were patient enough eventhough i had lost my temper.. i'm sorry for losing my temper.. room was ok, just the controller was spoilt.. iron is outside.. won't b checking in this hotel again..

Impolite front desk staff, bed got stain, bright room”

1. Welcomed by impolite front desk staff. 2. Mattress cover has stain, red, black and etc colour which is disgusting. 3. Curtain is not enough to cover the sunlight during early morning. Whole room becomes very bright in the morning and cannot wake up late at all.
