Desk girl had no customer relation skills”
No security box in room. Desk girl would not allow entry into room before 2pm even though it was ready and an email was sent to me to return to property because my room was ready. This was just stupid on all levels. Toilet lock broken. No window in room. Mold in toilet room

These guys are extremely rude to their customers, aside from that they won't let you check in even though if you have paid already via agoda!, If you don't bring your passport with you. They didn't accept my Dutch ID card. Never had this issue previously in Thailand! And I've certainly booked more than 50 hotels!

Staff denied checkin though they have rooms and asked to wait till 14:00. Later they gave room which is not at all worth for the money. The AC (Aircondition) sound is horrible . You don’t get sleep if you need quiet environment , the bathroom water not go immediately and it’s always wet . Small crocs roaches found. Overall it’s very unpleasant stay which can be avoided for this price . Will find better accommodation for this price .

ที่พักห่างจากท่าเรือบาลีฮายไม่ไกลมาก ถ้าจะนั่งรถเหมาหรือวินมอเตอร์ไซค์ก็บอกว่าโรงเเรมอยู่ตรงข้ามไรงเเรมวีซี(เป็นโรงเเรมใหญ่คนส่วนใหญ่รู้จัก) พนักงานบริการดีพูดเพราะ มีทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวอุปกรณ์ต่างๆให้ทุกวัน มีลิฟต์ให้ ไฟทางเดินน้อย ค่อนข้างมืดน่ากลัวมากๆเลย แต่ปลอดภัยค่ะเพราะเผลอลืมกุญแจไว้นอกห้องวันนึงเเต่ก็ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นนอนหลับสบายดี😂
