          A great sweet escape”

Twas our 4th anniversary when we decided to have a staycation somewhere in Antipolo. I never knew that Cafe Lupe offers bed and breakfast. It was so awesome, accessible to all places that we planned to go. We booked the queen size bed with view. I love how you can see the city view and enjoy your drink at one place. It was clean however I think this needs a bit of revamping in terms of their walls and all. Will we go back here? Definitely. It is a great cityscape.

Needed a place to stay overnight”

My wife and I were in need of an inexpensive place to spend the night and grab some breakfast before moving on the next morning. I believe Lupe is open past midnight, but only midnight on the day we arrived, as we came to find out when we arrived at 10 past midnight! Much to our relief, an employee who was just about to leave noticed us at the gate, let us in and we managed to get keys to our room and officially check-in in the morning. I'm 6'4", so the beds and bathroom space weren't spacious from my perspective, but for most anyone else Café Lupe is a perfect place to stop and even grab some food and drinks.

The Place is good as well as the staffs are very accommodating. However, they impost a corkage and guess what?, it's or somewhat near as twice as your item's worth. Even though, it was a satisfactory hotel to stay at. Lastly, it has a very nice view of Metro Manila just like what you need to see when going to Antipolo.

          Above average”

We looked for a hotel to stay at in Antipolo a few days before our scheduled trip and most of the good hotels were sold out so we opted to stay here. What can I say? The place looks old and not well maintained, I suggest to repaint the whole building and renovate the viewing deck where guests can chill while looking at the view. If the exterior is not pretty to look at, their rooms, at least, are clean. We booked a room with 2 single beds but their airconditioner for that room is not that cold. The staff provided us with a fan so the temperature improved. They have cignal cable BUT very limited channels. We brought chips to our rooms and they did not mind. There's water heater, free water, free coffee. Towels were provided as well. Free breakfast was decent. If you will go down and order food from their restaurant, you will need to have lots of patience especially if they have a lot of guests as you have to wait around 30 min for the food to be served. But their food is nice especially their sisig. They have a live band outside which plays until 12MN I think. I am not sure if it's just during the weekends. Overall, this is a good place if you will just go here to sleep late at night, then wait for checkout time the next day.

          View, clean air, location

My stay was mixed, because of holy week the restaurant/bar was CLOSED. There was no one to check me in, luckily the owner, Albright, showed up and offered to take care of me. No food, but the staff cooked us breakfast anyways :) . Its close to the road so its noisy, but i used ear plugs so not so bad. The single bed is TINY, i'm 5'11 by the way. Also, the pillow was Hard and High, which caused me to have a very bad stiff neck which lasted for 4 days, my entire trip :'((( May stay again but will request smaller pillow..

Wonderful view, lodging, food. And beers.”

My girlfriend and I loved this place! We spent the night before my birthday here, and it's a great experience. The room was small (who needs a lot of space anyway) and it comes with cable TV, water heater, a lamp, free slippers and free COFFEE. Yes, the free coffee is what made it so much better than the others. :) Aside from the lodging, we also loved the food and the view from their cafe. There was a live band playing when we're there that made the night even better. You can chill to the music while eating great food, or look at the city skyline while contemplating and drinking beer. Overall, this place has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for couples. 👍

          Food, view, friendly staff

Stayed at Cafe Lupe after Alay Lakad for staycation but found it rather far from Antipolo downtown. Food, view, and room was good and staff were very friendly but hotel looks barren especially during Holy Week. Unless you have a car, it's a bit difficult to travel from Cafe Lupe during Holy Week.

Value for money but can do better!”

Location wise, it is very accessible and easy to find. The linens are crisp and clean. Love its subtle fragrance. Amenities are basic. I got two small bars of soap and a tube of shampoo, two clean and thick towels but no toothbrush, toothpaste or whatever necessary things I could use during my stay. Hot water is terrific and the air conditioner was working together with the flat screen using TV Plus. They have a bar, KTV and restaurant downstairs but you can't charge whatever you spent thee to your room. A pitfall, but not for me, is the loud sounds from the whatever gathering from downstairs. Those looking for a goodnight sleep during Fridays, weekends and holidays will have to think twice in booking a room here. Staff were nice but need to practice smiling. The building, I believe is under renovation, and it should since some walls and areas are quite dilapidated and outdated. The room was clean but somehow small. Overall, I loved my stay since my intention is the New Year countdown.

          Good”

The location is easy to find and accessible by commute. We were late because of the heavy rain and the time we got there the afternoon staff arent so welcoming.. The room is smaller than it seems in the pictures. The concept of the place is nice. The room had mosquitos and the staff had to give us an extension cord because theres no extra socket. The coffee cups looked awesome but we had to ask for a complimentary sachet of coffee. They were nice to give us but they forgot to give us teaspoons or stirrers atleast. The bar and restaurant people are nicer than the staff in the front desk. The restaurant is very nice and we love the overlooking patio concept where we can have drinks. The food presentation was great just a little bland so it was too much for the price. The wine was also too pricey. We took pics all over the place. Some places are great for instagram. But the walls, the leaking roof and some parts of the place needs to be fixed. It took a while before we were able to check out too. No one was answering the phone when we called to advise we were leaving and when we got there the frontdesk was empty. We asked around the other employees but instead of calling the receptionist they made us go around the place to look for her. Overall the concept of the place is great. Cant say they are understaffed. They just need to be a little attentive to the guests. But if the place gets an overhaul with the facilities yes we might come back

          Good”

It's not a great time to visit this place at the moment as construction is on-going. Also, I just find it odd that it's called bed and breakfast but there's no actual breakfast included in the package. The staff were very accommodating though and the room was clean. Bed was really nice and we did have a great time sleeping.

Newer heard of this place before. I was just passning by and decided to stay overnight. Very nice sunset overlook. Nice restobar and helpful staff all over the place. Rooms are small but good. On the downside, if you stay overnight here and want to sleep early. Make sure you get a room away from the restobar. They are playing loud music until midnight. Overall, for the price i payed, it was a good stay.

good location and views, but not professional in service and facilities. ”

This hotel is located along highway, on the way to uptown of Antipolo city. It helped me to feel fresh and cool air with nice views of Manila city. On the other hands, the facilities are not enough for price. Especially, the room is not that big, and water supply is too weak. I expect them to improve it to be perfect some day.

          1st time Antipolo”

          Breakfast, beer, live band

It was ok but a little overpriced for a 2 star hotel. Even booked thru agoda. I booked for 2 but stayed additional 3. Not many other options in Antipolo. Location ok.. Not much around within walking. Room very small but bathroom even smaller. Issue with sink not draining. Need update on towels. Staff was nice but front desk area hot and no a/c. This is only place to access internet. Live band nice but if you don't like noise late this would not be good option. Overall stay was average for the money. Internet shows last room available but I think I was only one staying there. So the price for Friday and Saturday increased from 65.00 to 85.00 before tax. Overpriced for the overall experience but close to my girlfriends families home. I would stay again but please update and more attention to detail would be great! TH USA

          Good.”

Reasonable room rate. Accessibility to malls and food chains. Overlooking to the city. Great recreation area such as billiards & table tennis.Only Cons is smelly toilet probably due to drainage leak.

Everything was great from food to rooms. Staffs are very accomodating and attentive. Only problem was smelly toilet where we stayed at room 2 for 2 nights. But we appreciate the efforts of the staff in putting fabcon and disinfectant to minimize the smell coming from the drainage. We hope it will be addressed soon. We also appreciate the effort of the security guard on duty at that time who exerted extra effort in looking for a cab for us.

We really love this place.Rooms were clean and comfy. Food were good (main dishes) also their fruit shakes. Outside view of this hostel, were not really appealing, maybe they should to repaint the whole area and the hostel as well. But, overall, still we want to go back there. Hoping to receive another promo from u. Thanks.

          Overpriced”

Checked-in for the Valentine's Day. Not a lot of guests but the front desk gave us the smallest and I think the ugliest room of all. Tried to avail an upgrade but they said all rooms are fully booked, which was not true at all. The room is so small, a motel room is better. The comfort room has a foul odor coming from I don't know where. Do not believe the pictures, their breakfast is not as good as how it looks in the photos! and not all their rooms have an overlooking view. Our room does not even have a window at all! The staff were accommodating and friendly and they allowed us for an hour of late check-out but over-all our stay was not so pleasant.

If you're the type of person who wants many options for food this is the hotel for you. It is sandwiched between three restaurants offering a wide variety of food items for you to enjoy.
