The hotel is good, in general. Zero additional services: they offer no services, I can't get an iron to iron my clothes. I can't get boiled water to make some tea at night. no windows, no sun: the rooms are completely dark, the sun has no way to get into the room, except if u got a room with balcony, limited in number, and you need to open the door, which is not a good option for your privacy. Smoking: I got non-smoking rooms (i changed 2 rooms), but some were smoking in the other rooms, the ventilation system was bringing the smell to my bathroom, and the smell found its way to my bed too. I explored other hotels for the simlar price, you may get a better hotel and services for the same amount of money, elsewhere.

No hot water and mineral water bottle”
in the hotel description says there is hot water on the bathroom but when i stay there 2 night there is no hot water at all, when i turn the shower to hot water the shower stop showring water. Please consider to fix it. And also no mineral water, ussually there is 2 bottle mineral water. When i ask the staff they told that the mineral water bottle is out of stock because vendor of the hotel ( OYO ) not send mineral water. Please consider to fix the hot water and also for the mineral water too.

I stayed in this hotel because of the great reviews ! And it turn out totally different, no hot water for shower, rooms fill with a little ants, and what make matter worst was when i checkout, i wait at room for a grabcar, and i am late by 10 mins only to return the key, so it was 12.10, and the receptionist cannot tolerate and charges me fifty thousand rupiah, this is really unreasonable, its just 10 mins only ! The only best things is it is near to Centre Park shopping mall.

Strategic and near many people sale food. Room clean, but bathroom not. Space tight, no window and so close to neighbor across your room. Good wifi connection.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Otherwise, it made me struggle for 2 days without water. If it's happened once, I think I will still ok with it. But for 2 nights,there was no water and the staff's response to it was really disappointing. I mean, it supposed to be their job to provide us bathrooms with WATER, but they acted like I were annoying because I kept on asking when the water will be normal! Of course I need to ask that! I need to do my business. Bad attitude, bad experience. Im not coming back here anymore.
