      Plus point : - Efficient and helpful Receptionists & Housekeeper - Spacious room and bathroom - Within walking distance to many eateries - Water presure is good - Value for money - Very close proximity to a prominent university (Wijaya Kusuma University) Recommended improvements : - Better sound-proofing for the rooms located next to the Reception/entry area - A simple bathroom freshener can help a lot with the humidity scent in the bathroom An alternative place to have short stop in the west area of Surabaya.

      An economical yet comfortable stay.”

      The guy that welcomed me was very helpful and friendly. The room was alright. Spacious and had everything one would need, i.e. ac, tv, wi fi, adjoined bathroom. Wi fi comes and goes but it was bearable. Hot shower only works at night. The water pressure is much stronger at night too. No toilet paper! well, would be nice to have this provided. All in all, it was ok.

      Very cheap, but you get what you paid for”

      Room was dirty and staff asked for additional money to check in. No toiletries or water provided. To be fair the price was dirt cheap. Overall would not recommend staying.

      They ask me for extra payment in there, old house, don't ask me for cleanliness, my worst agoda stay ever 🤦🏻‍♂️ If you guys ask for extra payment but your room and everything is good, i don't care, but this time is beyond my limit.

      They were full when I arrived on a rainy saturday evening. They didn't care that I had a confirmed and already paid booking and that I had confirmed my late arrival by email. They are rude cheaters so don't go there.

      Pelayanan baik, staffnya ramah. Hanya saja kalau memang ada tambahan harga harusnya di tuliskan di webnya. Kalau tiba" dikasih tau di tempat menurut saya itu kurang baik. Bahkan tambahan harhga hampir sama dg harga yg tertera di web. Kebersihkan tempat juga perlu diperhatikan.
