Not satisfy due to : - OYO not provide the hotel name and only provided with address. Need to ask around few hotel to get into the right hotel. - Room is dirty and poor hygiene, lot of cockroach in the washroom and drawer. -ceiling is leaking and the water drip onto my luggage and body. - staff argue with me due to they said i am booking for single bed room not for 1 queen bed room. i show the detail on Agoda booking also keep argue with me.
