I gave overall 4.3 for my one night stay in Winer Hotel. Arrived late on the evening, check in process was just a bit delayed due to miscommunication between agoda and the hotel. But they gave me the correct double bed room. The room was clean and neat. I had my good night sleep, aircond and wifi worked perfectly, shower ok (but the hot water doesn’t seems to be running ok but fine by me), linens fresh and newly changed, there are also mushola (praying room) outside in every floor, and kibla signage direction. If you’re driving your own car, this is the perfect place to stay since their parking space is huge and gated. The location is not far from city centre and malls (I saw there’s a mall around 350m away from the hotel). Defly will recommend this place to stay for solo traveler or couples with small children.

the room is ok but for the bathroom it is irrelevant so it reduces the comfort that already exists. like a shower that is not in accordance with the place so it is rather difficult to use. for staff, it should inform if when checking in the room does not include breakfast so guests can think of additional breakfast costs. besides the rooms are ok

Suite Family Bathroom Not as Expected”
Room is ok but the bathroom is so small and water easily get retained each time after it is being used (tiles flooring are not flat). Hotel is not easily to find due it hidden location. Hard to excess for food nearby restaurant or stall unless the food at the in house cafe. Hotel staff are ok.

We stay 1 night at family suite room. There is puddle in bathroom caused by unplain tiles. The double bed (combined of 2 single bed) are unplain in the middle of combined single bed.

Dear All.. My trip with families was good, I took family suite for 1 single double bed and 1 single bed. Large room, cleanliness ok, strategies area in Palembang, easy to get food around that area. But unfortunately the restaurant in hotel only one item for breakfast. Over all are ok. I recommend to stay in this hotel
