We're transferred to another hotel without any prior notice, they are still closed. We understand that- since it's pandemic, but we're tired and its raning that night when we checked in (don't expect for a proper transport). Kindly inform your guests if you need to transfer them so that they could directly go to wherever hotel you will forward them. The hotel we are transferred is worst, NOT recommendable.

Arrived early at 9 am and they charged nearly a whole night's rate foe early checking small crappy rooms with no fridge water out for one day and no offer of backup and wifi out for 2 days.

Pros: 1) Near Rose Pharmacy aka convenience store 2) Near BPI ATM 3) Near Toril Main Road 4) Interesting they have Ref and Coffee 5) Have parking space. 6) Wifi seems decent. Cons: 1) No Breakfast 2) No elevator (good luck if you have luggage ) 3) Not well maintained. 4) Aircon needs fixing does not cool well. 5) the room stinks! 6) CR seems not fully cleaned by housekeeping. Overall: Check and smell the room first before you check-in.
