Booked standard room, quiet upstairs. Smallish room buy big open window which was great. Wifi ok, bed soft, aircon good though started leaking the last couple of days, they tried to fix but didnt resolve the issue. In market st, lots of restos, street food, supermarkets. A great cheap location for real viet life away from D1. Staff good english and nice and helpful:) stayed 3 weeks

Ok stay, reception shouting matches”
1st night, booked the delux room, good size but too much shouting and noise from reception at night. Room was on 1st floor with open plan to reception Aircon good, bed soft and good, hot water

Accomodating staff, borrowed a table and couple chairs to put inside the room. No bottled water provided, sometimes noisy, and quite abit of mosquitos. Other than that, room is good for the price and have essentials covered.

Close convenient to get FV hospital for appointments”
Stayed here for 3 nights. Not the nicest hotel but has an elevator, WIFI was spotty during the night late, the room was clean and small, the bed was comfortable, the shower didn't have lots of water pressure but enough and the water was hot enough, had a refrigerator which worked sufficiently, I didn't watch TV but I believe it had HBO and FOX movies. The staff was friendly, day lady speaks English. One bottle of water is provided daily. The hotel is on a market street so there is lots of fruit and vegetables to get if you want. Restaurants are within a 15 minute or get a grab bike for 13d or little more depending on the time of day or night. Would I recommend to a friend? If they were on a budget and want to save money, yes but if they want a nicer place to stay then I'd say no. I stayed here to take care of some appointments at FV Hospital which is very close to the hotel.

I checked in 18 August, 2022. They gave me wrong hotel and then I checked the rooms. It was so bad. I decided not to stay there. I walked around to find another hotel.

Convenient for FV Hospital in D7. ”
I use this hotel in D7 as it is a 10minute walk to FV hospital where I go for monthly check-ups. It is in a street with a thriving market, selling lots of fruit and fish. The hotel is clean and very cheap to stay at.

Covenient D7 hotel”
I use this place to stay as it is convenient to be so close to FV hospital when I go for check ups. It is clean and the staff are nice people. No frills but useful to rest here.

Terrible cleaning service and bad customer service ”
We’ve stayed for the first two days but no cleaning service provided. We called reception for sanitization but then cleaner came with horrible attitude, shouting at us, regardless that we politely said hi and talked to her. Terrible experience.
