      Room 201”

      Saat akan check in jam 23.30 katanya kamar penuh. Padahal sudah bayar di aplikasi. Setelah di cek, ternyata kamar 201 a/n saya sendiri, sdh diisi orang lain. Akhirnya orang tersebut dipindahkan. Setelah masuk kamar, kondisi sprei bau apek, tdk ada handuk, tdk ada peralatan mandi, tdk disediakan air mineral.
