Location in Google map is not correct, took us to small gang, almost 1 hour to find the location. Basic facilities, no water dispenser, iron. Toilet a bit smelly. We took family room for 4 pax . Need to have transport to move around, no nearby eatery.

Had an issue with cleanliness in the room, when we asked to love rooms the front reception man didn't allow this, and tried to upsell us to a more expensive room, on top of this the shower water smelt like sewage. We ended up leaving after one night of a three night stay

Located next to paragon mall, this residence offer u much more than u expected, more than the price u paid. The staff didnt really know where to go or what to eat in surabaya but still OK. The place quite clean and will come back when I visit Surabaya again

Very good value for money. Room was clean, everything was working. The location is good, there is a park behind, so it's quite silent in the night, and there is a nice neighborhood right next to the hotel, where the people placed trees and gathered the garbage, with beautiful wall paintings. It's part of the green and clean initiative where locals improve their living environment. Just be cautious, the location in agoda is not correct, check MAPS. ME or google maps for correct location and the staff speaks barely English. The YOY chain is popular among Indonesians, you won't find many international travelers there

The room was really good, great size, great shower. Girls on reception were very nice and they helped me print my boarding pass for my flight. Location is also in a good central location. Also good wifi. I genuinely can't think of a way they could improve considering how good value this place is.

I recommend this hotel the fact that it is very cheap new and clean. The only bad thing about the hotel is the walls are thin and you can hear noises from other rooms and also it is located at the end of a very small street. Aside from that this hotel is a bang for the buck!

The room was lovely, amazing how I paid so little for it. Very close to where there is a huge night market. Staff are very nice and happy to help me print out plane tickets. Budget rooms don't get better than this.

Best budget room with clean and comfort facilities. The bathroom is so nice even you've got a hairdryer on standard room. Only the staff cleaning timing is late and the wifi is a cons. No coverage at 2nd floor.

Plus: Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, clean and big bed, clean towels and bathroom, fast check-in and out, walking distance to a big mall. Minus: cigarette smell in the room despite the "no smoking" sign. Some uncanny smell from the bathroom's drain. Some furnitures look like they need fixing. We've stayed in more expensive hotels with stained bedsheet and smelly pillows. This budget hotel offers better cleanliness. We had descent rest. It's good for a short stay after a super long drive.
