We found a problem which is hotel didnt update our itinerary”
We find out hotel didnt update our itinerary after we amend our date of arrival.and when we call the hotel service centre just to ask how we can go to the hotel,they need our booking id and find out our booking have problem and don't wish to help us .Fine ,we google and walk thwre ourselves,and hotel told us we have a problem for check in and didnt wish to help us again and ask us to call Agoda to solve it ourselves.How terrible is this?luckily Agoda solve this for us but it tooks us 2 hours to check in.because V hotel need to discuss this and that with management,but hello,we already paid,why this happen to us.so sad

no hotel parking .staff not cooperate.room like a jail.no window”
i check in at 4pm.there is no parking at all.i ask the staff to remove his car to enable i park inside and he can block behind my car because he will going back at 6pm but he dont want to do so.mr bong also not allow.why they cant tolerance with their hotel guest.?!!after i check in.aircon not function.i request to change room but mr bong told me no room available for the same category.they change to room like a jail.no window.very bad smell.no air circulation.

Nice, clean room, near the LRT station BUT...”
The room is really nice, clean..with very friendly staff..It's near the Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT station. It's fine to stay there BUT if you have an early flight the next day, it's so difficult to go to the LRT station/ metro station to KLIA..the entrance to the overpass/footbridge is CLOSED!! You have to walk in the highway and find the way to the entrance of that footbridge..or maybe just we did not notice the right way/entrance to the footbridge IF you walk around 5 to 6 am..The rest is OK with the hotel :)

Daten auf der Webseite falsch”
Leider stimmt hier nur wenig. Der Ort auf der Karte wird falsch angezeigt. Liegt bei eine Moschee. Auch um welches Hotel es sich handelt ist für den Taxi Fahrer nicht ersichtlich da es sich um einzel Zimmer im V Hotel handelt. Hier muss der gesamte Eintrag auf der Webseite angepasst werden. Insgesamt brauchten wir 3 Stunden das Hotel zu finden nicht schön in KL am Freitag in der Rush Hour
