      Sebuah pengalaman kurang baik yang kami dapatkan.waktu check in ok lancar ada deposit 100. kamar bagus bersih namun tiba tiba di pindah di tempat lain tidak di 'riverside' ini karena alasan nama tamu hilang dan kamar penuh padahal jelas sudah check in dan wkt check in jelas nama saya ada😅 Aneh saja.karena sudah malam saya trima tawaran dipindah di tempat lain namun ditempat lain sangat berbeda jauh dengan yang ini. Cukup mengecewakan.

      Sudah tidak kerjasama dengan oyo”

      Kami sangat kecewa karena jika memang sudah tidak kerjasama dengan oyo kenapa masih di tampilkan di aplikasi sehingga kami selaku konsumen sangat merasa kena prank apalagi jika customer yg melakukan pembayaran di muka atau via transfer. Karena untuk pengajuan refund sangatlah sulit dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama.
