There are mall nearby&food stall on surrounding, reception open for 24hour, not so far from the main road, parking lot is available for cars&motorbike, room is clean, aircon nice&cool, all linens clean as new, bed is big& comfortable, big pillows, blanket is so warm, large & thick, clean bathroom, hot water provided for 24hr, tv with cable & so many channel, cupboard available with hangers, awesome experience to stays here!!

The only things is about the cleanliness in the bathroom. Maybe can do spring cleaning. And a little bit noisy coming from outside when your room in lower level. Other than that please don't expect much when you pay less.

Location wise, it's ok, short walk from Pasar Baru. Single room is rather spacious. Working aircond, hot shower, comfortable mattress, fast & stable wifi. The staff however, didn't do a good enough job. My room was left with rubbish from the previous guest. Underneath the bed was not sweep/vacuum. There're lots of blood stain on the wall, curtain, closet, bed sheet & quilt cover. Yeah, due to the huge quantity of mosquitoes in the area. I think I hit close to 15 within a span of 3 hours, with both the window & door closed that is. I'd suggest the management to put a bottle of mosquito spray at the common area of each floor.

The hotel is newly furnished, I was very satisfied, the staff should learn English, near the food kiosk and the market. At night there is peace even though the hotel is a short walk from the main road. I recommend for a longer stay. The hotel offers a laundry service.

First of all staff will not understand English properly, hotel is far from tourist attractions,staff is not good,they deposit one lakh Indonesia rupee extra for security of their room,no free water. No lift and stairs are very big ,very tough to go upstairs.My room TV is not working,so I stayed without TV. Bathroom is very very tiny. Totally not recommended this hotel

2nd stay : bad experience”
This is my 2nd visit and this is the worst experience. Got room in the 2nd floor with dirty bathroom , dirty bed , no tv no wifi, alot of mosquitos ,been asked towel many times to the staff (as when i came in to the room no towel provided )but they did not provide me one!!!! So I decided to checked out right away that night and jumped to another better hotel!

We literally decided to change hotel after 2 minutes in the room. We spent the rest 10 minutes booking a new one online. The room was not even remotely clean, the bed sheet especially felt damp as if someone just slept there all sweaty. I didn't think it has been washed for weeks. The wall was also so thin you can hear every breath taken in the first floor from the fourth floor. To add that we were asked for additional tax fee (this part is most confusing especially when we had paid it through Agoda). Please, Agoda, you should reconsider providing this kind of place a platform to reach out travelers, especially when they lied on their pictutes. This is completely cruel.
