Not worth it”

Paid the 150k room. The water heater didn’t work. The AC had no remote control, albeit it worked. The room looked like it came out of a horror film

The room is spacious, yet the facility is not well maintained. The AC is not cool enough and can't be set to be cooler. Some of the lamps are dead and not all of them can be replaced when I asked to. Some part of the wall is moldy and damp. The bed and pillows smell bad and also damp. And my friend's room has trouble with its flusher.

I know it’s a cheap hotel, but after 3 times of changing rooms because no remote controll either for AC or TV or even no electricity in the room. The last room they gave me, broken AC and lights during the night and bugs in the bathroom... how they can offer rooms like that???

Actually I must stayed for 3 night, but I cancelled my last day. They didn’t cleaned my room. I left my snack at room. It still closed & banded. The rat come in the room & makes a big hole at the plastic wrap. The bathroom floor wasn’t good. So the water not flow at the hole. It make water float around. The room was smelling with cigarette. The wall, curtain & bed sheets were dirty. The corridor between lift & room rather dark & clumsy. The cheapest prices make any ‘kind’ of people come. It’s not good to bring your family & children. I really scared if I must stay there alone.

Pick it bcos it’s dirt cheap for a night. Well it’s cheap for a reason. (Murah koq minta selamat). The parking space is confusing, people yelling at me at night for parking in wrong place. No parking Security guard. The room is recently renovated and pretty good but the floor is not swept clean. Shower is good, nice toilet but little dirty (cigarette ash on the toilet). hair on shower sink. AND the WORST of all the AC is hot. first it’s pretty cool, but at 3am i wake up sweating. the Air Con is turning hot and i can’t sleep. it’s like a sauna. Try to change to a cooler room but the guard say it’s full. Try to make the AC cool again by remote but it’s not working. It’s so hot, i decide to check out immediately at 5am. My sleeping time is worth more than a cheap hotel.

Terrible Hotel”

This hotel is old hotel. When i stay there, the all table beside the bed is broken. In bed room, there is only one lamp can light up the room. The floor is not clean enough. The bathroom smell not good, dirty and torn towel. After my shower, the room was flooded by the water of my shower because there is a leak. Then i ask to change room with new one and given a room that is not much different condition. The air conditioner is not cool enough. Really old and poor hotel.

Not comfort, AC is not cool, closet water is stuck, some floor ceramics are broken, blanket is torn... Room looks crowded.. Swimming pool is bad (not as seen on the website)

Bad shower room and dirty sheet”

The water in the shower room is dripping slowly, I've complaint to the staff and they spontaneous said "I'ts always like this". I took shower forever. And the sheet is dirty. Not a recommended at all.

This hotel do not have any room service and room clean up. The facilities there are old and dirty. During our stay, we had changed to more than 4 room, due to the bad quality of room, for example, no water, no hot water, broken door lock.... There is poor hygiene problem. There are ants and even mice in our room. That is ridiculous.
