Price are good but the room is dirty and smelly, and have so many Cockroaches, and the reception system also very slow i have booking at agoda, but they still need to check my booking untill one hours, and the time is already 11pm, very tired thinking want to rest but this hotel make me trouble so badly, and is no more next time come to this hotel!! The stuff is very friendly.

The room is not clean, poor maintained. Got stain on the bed sheet, water heater and air-con. No lift, need to climb up to 3rd floor
Worst hotel ever. Don’t even know where to start. I booked a standard queen room with window & a private bathroom. Firstly, I’ve stated the time of my arrival at 4-5pm but I came at around 8pm, and still, I had to wait for half an hour for them to prepare the room. The receptionist and staffs couldn’t even speak English properly. Once ready, it was on the 4th floor (there were no elevators) I had to climb all the way to 4th floor and my room had no window, it was messy, the toilet was dirty and small, saw few cockroaches (major ew) the pipes were not even functioning well until I had to begged them to change to a different room, but unfortunately they claimed all rooms were full for the night and I was allowed to change room the next day. The bed was smelly, the pillows and bed sheet were dirty as if they didn’t clean them from the previous guest. The room was nothing like the pictures shown in Agoda. Next morning only after I whined so much, the staff gave me a different room on 2nd floor with a window. The room was slightly better, but still horrible in many ways. Smell of cigarettes 24/7 from the people next door, very very noisy. They don’t provide towels or daily housekeeping. I stayed for 12 days, on the second day I have asked them to clean the room while I was out (the whole day), 5 nights in a row I came back with reasons like “our cleaner just came, give me 10 mins to clean” “we were busy today”. My room were only cleaned ONCE, out of the 12 days. I regret so much for choosing this place.

Staff charge extra. I paid full payment in agoda.com but when I reach there, the staff said minimum payment is RM50, He ask me to pay him extra RM7, and change my room from single big bed to room with 2 small room. Dust is everywhere, toilet is so dirty and heater cannot function. The staff talk very loud in midnight. I cannot sleep well the whole night.
Need to change hotel form setapak to plaza idaman due to hotel full..heater pressure very low and television signal very poor

We book a room in Agoda but when we arrived staff told us no more rooms for us. But end up he manage to arrange another room in other branch for us.

Worse Hotel Ever”
Hotel service was bad. I booked a room from agoda but upon arrival, they told me that the room was full and insisted on moving me to another branch which was very far away. Receptionist was very rude and not helpful. Also, the room and toilet were both very dirty, bed sheets were yellowish and it caused itchiness to my body. I couldn't even sleep well. There were other issues such as water leaking from the aircon.
This hotel is terible,i check in for 5 minutes only and i check out,the room is very dirty, too small and not as same picture,i use agoda everytime i travel and u can check my record with agoda,but this time i'm very dissapointed. This place is not suitable for hotel and i give -5 star for this hotel.
Bad Hotel Ever”
The first experience during check in was excellent because the receptionist is so friendly and adorable. After checked in and staying in the room, I finally understand why the receptionist want to compare and give me the "best room", because the "best room" is very lousy and dirty, I can't imagine how's the other "normal room". It's not the receptionist's mistake, she had tried her best. This room do not have a table, and the power supply is on the wall where we couldn't charge our handphone because it's very high and the hp cannot put on the floor or any tables. And there's only one power supply, which not enough for 2 people here as this is two people room. The toilet is extremely smelly and dirty. Cockroaches can found walking in the room and on the bed and pillow. Very dusty and itchy to stay in this room. Room size is very small and WiFi is keep disconnected and lag. Room key have to go activate every morning somemore. Their walk-in price is rm98 for double room and rm108 in weekends.

Cheap hotel doesn't have to be dirty with conwebs hanging on the ceiling. Three webs. Tv is broken. Air conditioner has seen better days. Receptionists thought they were being friendly, but it was just an awkward reception. Alas it was late. I didn't bother to complain. I checked out a few hours earlier, went to the mall, and never looked back.
