Me and my wife stay here for more than a month due to administrative things that needed to be done in Kuala Lumpur. We can say that we had a good stay here surrounded by good and friendly staff and owners who always have a smile on their faces and ready to help whenever needed. The room is very clean and well maintained, with private bathroom, due to the owner hardworking as we can see it everyday. The corridor always smells very nice and the price is affordable especially in this location which is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of food around, and very convenient location to be. Will definitely come back if we are around!!

I was solo travelling for work stay. Found this super cheap, it is newly renovated. Staff was super friendly and the room is comfortable and clean. I was surprise for the price that the room is spacious with en suite toilet. For you guys from Bukit Bintang MRT stop make sure you take exit A (Changkat/Jalan Alor), from the exit walk straight and take first left the hotel will be on your left. The signage for this hotel is a bit small but you will find it anyways as the hotel is opposite Rich Carlton Hotel. You will enjoy staying at this place as it is situated at Jalan Alor so food will not be a problem. KK Mart is also nearby for you to get your basic necessities. Overall I would give 4/5 for the convenience.

Short walk to anything you can possibly want. Many restaurants and shopping malls. MRT, monorail and bus. Grocery store, pharmacy and many 7-11 close by. The room was Clean but could use some fresh paint on the walls.

Good place to stay. The room is normal match the price. The location was great in the center of jalon alor. They have a free water dispenser at the lobby. And lastly the staff was amazing and very polite.

OYO 321 Hotel D'Elegant is the perfect hotel to stay if you were to stay in the vicinity of Bukit Bintang. The hotel is located right in the heart of Jln Alor street food. The mrt station is merely a 2 minutes walk away from the hotel and shopping malls such as Pavilion, Lot10, Fahrenheit and Berjaya Times Square are merely a 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel room are clean and the staff are very welcoming! I would definitely recommend OYO 321 Hotel D'Elegant as the place to stay while in Bukit Bintang.

Staff not to Friendly. They ask the deposit but no receipt given. They should Give the deposit receipt, so the Guest have a proof that its been paid. Room is clean, aircond in good condition and also the TV channel. Recommended if 1 or 2 night Stay..

The staff wasn’t helpful at all. No toilet tissue . No drinking water in the room. I saw insects in the room. There is no double lock foe the door. Bathroom water leaking . I have encounter OYO selection of hotels, pretty bad and going down the road.
