Given a room with a wall light that is not working. Transfer to another room with a window that face a wall. Request to transfer to another room and yet another hanging light bulb uninstall. Staff step on the bed to install it. TV cant receive certain local channels and the rest are blur. Spoke to the reception we want to check out and they said "by all means you can go, we havnt/never collect a single cent from you". Cleanliness of the rooms are bad. No cleaning service for room after staying for 2 nights until we request from the reception. By far the worst hotel (wait, is not even a hotel) we have stayed.

This is my 4th stay in this hotel. I like it because it is cheap, lots of parking space. But this is my second time in here and the lift not functioning. We got room at 3rd floor. Need to climb stairs with heavy luggage. When enter room, the TV not functioning, it can open but no channel. The shower also slow. Then we got change to first floor second day. This room much better. I checked in 11.30pm so the receptionist left his number to call for assistance. I waited not long for check in.

I requested for a refund right after I was notified that my booking is not acceptable. I even booked via the OYO app. I stayed the night and I left the following morning. Doesn't make sense that a refund is not acceptable

I booked to stay at this hotel for 3 nights.. room still not ready even i come here at 1 am.. what the hell i going on man? Aren’t you guys supposed to get room ready for the guess.. this is unacceptable. I booked from 30/1/19 till 2/2/19 came to this hotel at 31/1/19 1am. Still room not ready.

It's always my first choice but this time the booking system it's over book n a very good responsive short hair Indian lady react it quick, she get me another variety of room which I m satisfy my requirement. N at night at 2am out of suddenly no Electric at this area for 2 hours. Over all it's ok.

Fairly new small hotel offering clean comfortable but fairly basic rooms at a good rate. A/C, TV and Wifi in all rooms, but wifi reception was variable during day - maybe the service provider at fault. Reception staff very obliging and friendly.

Pros 1. Very cheap, budget motel 2. Just 1 street beside the Atria Shopping Gallery, and surround with few restaurant. Cons 1. Bedroom only have (1) power socket although we take 2-person rooms. 2. No table & chair to work. Overall: Cheap budget hotel if you want to stay (1) or (2) nights!

Booked and made payment. Booking confirmed but we didn’t get to check in and they said rooms were fully taken. What nonsense is this? And it happened to a few other bookings when we were checking in. Meaning the property was over booked more than 3 rooms minimum. Imagine guests didn’t have rooms to stay in middle of the night.

Facilities are at none and WiFi is slow or even not working most of the times, signal is weak. There are no coffee/tea making with no kettle provided. Practically, it's just a room to sleep. That's All....

Staff lacking of experience to deal with customer. Need at least 15 min to process your room registration. By the time I check in the hotel, 3 other customers were making complaint for their inadequate hotel quality. Smoke smell is too strong since the hotel near to a pub and manak restaurant. Some room don't have TV. The room size and bathroom is just nice for the price. Cleanliness of the hotel also being take care of.

Booking pukul 7pm.. 8pm sy call utk confirm bilik tp one of staff kat situ ckp bilik full and kena tunggu pukul 10pm.. 1030pm call, dah ada bilik but its not ready and tv rosak.. so i confirm timing datang around 12pm tp bila sampai bilik belum ready.. still kena tunggu 30min utk staff kaunter buat room service.. haihh

Assigned to a room for checked in, but the door is actually opened and after a few minutes just got informed by a guy who is maintaining the astro and asked to go to counter to check and change the room. Room changed but the water tap is without handle.

The stay was fine , the room was so clean. The staff are so friendly. Everything is fine except for the facilities. On night the water is stopped. There is no water on night. When i ask the staff, they mention that on night usually water stops. The water will come back on morning. I was shocked. And i have to walk for 15 minutes to go for nearest 7-11. Otherwise, everything is fine. Overall it is good.

Booked the hotel room around midnight, arrived the hotel around 4am. But the receptionist took quite some time to check us in. We booked a standard room, just nice for the 2 of us. However, the wall is so thin that we could hear doors slamming, the toilet’s water piping system is so poor that we could hear the room above us, taking a shower or using the toilet bowl. Towels, shampoo, and body soaps are provided. Overall, it’s just an average stay if you’re only looking to catch up with your sleep for the night.

Went to stay for a night. When i checked in at about 1.30 pm, the staff wanted to give me twin room. I insisted that i booked for a standard room. Then she asked me to wait until 3.45 pm because theres only one housekeeper to clean the room.Have to go somewhere else first then i come back to check in again. The bed is not so clean .can see stain. Also feel itchy. The female staff is not friendly at all . Her face is like she hates the customer.Definitely will not choose this hotel again.
