Nice place to stay. Convinience to go to restaurant nearby (walking distance) and got 7e shop just right behind the hotel. Room is spacious (suite triple) with windows, clean and comfortable. We got to check in early 2 hours without additional charges since we reached there earlier and there was an empty room at that moment. And im looking forward to stay here again.

The hotel is located quite middle of kajang town, with eatery and 24/7 mart nearby. Reasonable price. However, sound proof is quite poor; as you can hear people next door showering and flushing toilet; the corridor also quite noisy when people walk pass. Overall cleanliness is ok.

The actual is totally different from the picture shown. The room is dirty and the bedsheet seems like never changed before. Blood and hairs on the bedsheet. Ants everywhere. No toilet paper was provided. Think twice before book

The bathroom is small which still acceptable... the problem is the shower head, it placed so close to the wall n Dooley bowl just beside it. The shower space is less than a feet wide, can't even our body n hitting the wall all the time. There is no hour water n the for is so weak.... The first I stayed was ok but this time just ridiculous bathroom. The room floor was clean with detergent but not thorough, it feel sticky wall on it

My Agoda reservation mentioned WITH image of a room with window. Im disappointed on both nights my reservations were given without window room. Agoda should ensure what had been promised must be clearly instructed to the respective hotel..

Originally, I planned to stay at Iris for a day only. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to extend my stay, and i extended my stay a day for two times. The staff were very friendly and had no problems with me extending my stay on daily basis. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. There are a few mamak stalls and shops around the corner, so no fear of not having any food at night. If you would like to have a kettle or iron, you can pay a deposit at the reception. They will refund you back when you return the items when you check out.
No daily cleaning of rooms or making up of bed. Came checking into room with hairs all around the floors, bed sheet and pillows. Rooms having water dripping off from the corner of its bathroom roof. Exhaust fan is not working. Dampness in room causing lots of pints and saw a cockroach in the room.

Lost my watch”
1. I left my watch in room 206, check-in on the 20th Jan 2019. Unfortunately the staff and housekeeper said they could not found the watch after about 1 hour I left the room. 2. Front office staff putting all information of guest list on the check-in desk, everyone can see the guest list information - no privacy. 3. I have arrived at 3:30pm and been asked to coming back within one our later due to the room is not ready.

I had book three room for my family. My wife and I were given a standard room, which was exactly as shown on Agoda. To my disappointment, the rooms for my adult kids were not the same as what I have gotten, even though the same amount of rate paid. Their rooms were smaller and no view to look at. There was only a small window in the room as ventilation I supposed, But cannot be opened as it disturbed their privacy.

I check in at late night . No staff is there. Need to ring bell for quite some long time. Staff appear with an angry face and talk to me using high and rude tone. I guess I had disturbed their sleep..,

Iris hotel should do something about their night staff (man). Cannot handle customer properly, do not have manner. Just imagine i were given not once but twice unclean room but cannot say a simple i'm sorry word to us. This hotel definitely my last choice if they didn't do anything bout this staff. Before this i just let it go because this look like inexperience young boy but now it's too much.

Room was nice but super rude staff”
I like the room, super comfy but the only thing I don't like is their staffs. Since they don't provide qiblah direction, I went down to receptionist and asked about it. He said just look at the wall, they already stick it. I said they don't. But he just said he didn't know and went away doing his work. Until I said could you please check for me according to the other room. Then he came told me the direction.

Worst service ever... ”
Very bad service. Upon chking, cstmer service at the counter r very rude n unfriendly. Room given not as per advertisement. He gave me Smoking room, no window, no closet, no water heater n noise frm upstair making it worst. He told me tht we as cstmer cannot argue which room tht they choosed for us if book online.Even though i paid promotion price, pls dont treat yr cstmer like this.. very very very bad service .
