The bed spring is broken and gave us backache waking up on the next morning. The water pressure and temperature in the room are unpredictable and disappointing - low water pressure + either too hot until it burns your skin or too cold that causes you shivering non stop. The table in the toilet is broken as well. No shower cap, no toothbrush and toothpaste, only shampoo and shower gel provided. The bed sheet is stained with blood and pillow cases are dirty too (suggest you to bring your own pillow case and towel if need be). The cleanliness sincerely needs to be improved. Anyway, the location and staffs there are friendly. Price is acceptable. You pay what you get.

There were tiny ants crawling around on the headboard. The towels were not quite white, but a little dark from age and wear (i.e. felt quite old, could maybe buy some new ones). The pillow had an interesting scent, that at first whiff was reminiscent of "head oil smell" that an old hat can get if worn a lot without washing. The pillow case had been washed, but it too was not quite white. I believe the smell was permeating from the pillow base itself. The door to my room also had some scary damage to it; it looked like someone tried a tiger knee on the door, leaving a round indent and the edge of the door had splintered off a bit. There was a bottle of water, that was thoughtful. There was only some mild noise bleed from other tenants, but it was acceptable. I want to be fair, but I have not tried other properties in KL. Comparing to other similar properties I've stayed in in other countries, this was disappointing...cause...ants ain't cool. Neither are old dodgy linens.

Worst hotel ever in my life”
The room is aged with spiderweb on the wall and around the cupboard. In addition, the bathroom’s tile grew full of mosses and we noted there were some cockroaches in the bathroom as well as under the bed. Last but not least the staff is so rude and refuse to change a mew room for us. I would rather pay higher price for a better room instead of location next time. Worst hotel ever in my life.

The room were dusty n musky. The toilet were terribly dirty. The poop n urine were on the toilet seat. Booked for 2 nights but checked out the 1st night itself without even talking shower. Terrible experience!

Location - 5 mins walk to Lot 10 & Pavilion and a station away to Berjaya Times Square or 15 - 20 mins walking distance to Berjaya Times Square. **Victory Exclusive Hotel is located opposite Piccolo Hotel. If you take the taxi, drive or walk, turn left or right (whichever direction you are coming from) from the main road when you see Piccolo's signage located at the main road and just walk down the slope. Food & Drinks - Nearby mamak shop if you prefer or on a budget. Exit the hotel's door. Walk up the stairs to the road and turn left and walk down the pavement and you will find the mamak shop. Recommended for it's friendliness and nice food. Beside the mamak shop there is a Chinese restaurant and a nasi kandar shop as well. Well, of course there are airconditioned food court and lots of restaurants available at Pavilion if you don't like the heat. Coffee house/cafes & 24 hrs convenience stores are available within 2-3mins walking distance. As I am also from the hotel industry, I am exceptionally amazed at the warmth and friendly hospitality for a 2-star hotel. We had lost our way to the hotel from KL Sentral and my partner called the hotel. I could feel how sincere the male front desk agent gave the service from his heart by patiently describing the direction to my partner. Even on the day of our check-out, the female front desk agent was extremely friendly when I engaged in a conversation with her. Please pardon me for the rating of '3' for food and dining as we did not consume anything from the hotel's restaurant.

For a really cheap price, i consider this hotel is really the best value hotel in Bukit Bintang KL. Its really close to the Pavilion and other tourism spot Bukit Bintang. The room also clean and neat. The staff also very nice and helping. That time, i dont have RM money, the staff allowed me to use my currency (Rupiah) for the deposite. Overall, i had a pleasant stay.

Value of money..worth for stay overnight”
I choose premium room for overnight,served by a polite staff and check in was quick!!! The premium room have a jacuzzi on it...but it didn't really work and we called the staff to settle...they are efficient and the service was good! The jacuzzi swept all my tiredness while walking around the Bukit Bintang street was quite tired! The bed was big..although the space is not so spacious...for traveller is enough! Location is good as u walk out and shopping,night life ,restaurant are all over there!! Definitely will pay a visit again for the next KL trip!!!
