+ we arrived there at midnight, the check-in process was fast so we can get to our room quick, + they provide soap and shampoo and towel but not toothbrush + the room was tidy + when i ask 30 mins for late check-out, they give me 1 hour instead and i thank them very much + locations is behind fahrenheit 88, walkable to shopping area pavilion - we have to go up to 2nd floor by staircase to reach the elevator to our room, its a disadvantage if you have 25kg luggage - no lock for the bathroom inside your room, since i was staying with all girls so its okay

the location is good to be shopping and quite nearby the mall..just i not satisfied is about the staff...when the first i checked in one of the staff tell me that she can give me check out by 1pm without charge anything.at the last day we check out one of staff charge me overtime check out fees.this is not my problem also need to charge?i have been ask everything before i checked in..i think this should be more look into it and hopefully wont be happend again..about the hotel i quite satisfy on it.

There was no shower so I had to use the water hose from the bath tub. The hanger rack in the toilet was faulty so cant hang anything in there except my thoughts. The aircond couldve been a bit cooler as well as it can be quite warm during the day. Other than is amazing especially the front desk staffs and location.

The rooms were nothing like the photos on Agoda. The cupboard was shabby and dusty. My room experienced blackout (power outage) a few times and the receptionist wasn't aware of it till I went down to complain. I didnt call because the room was pitch dark and I couldn't locate the phone. The hairdryer stopped functioning by itself every minute and had to rest. My colleague who was staying two rooms away had a functioning hairdryer but his hot water shower wasn't working.

Too Many BAD Surprise.”
For ones who do not want unexpected events, I really don't recommend to stay here. First of all, I have to tell you my background, I have travelled to many countries in South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and USA. And this is my second time in Malaysia, but I have never gotten an experience like this. We arrived at the hotel at 1.30 pm., 0.5 hours before check-in time, the room is not ready yet, so we left our luggage, we got good help from the reception. Then came back to check-in at around 11.00 pm. * 1st Surprise: Paying Extra Tourism Tax. When we checked in, we got the first surprise, the night shift reception ask me to pay extra Tourism Tax 10 RM per room per night. I have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, so I have to pay 60 RM extra from my room budget without prior notice. (Actually, I have paid for tax when I booked with Agoda.) * 2nd Surprise: Full of Smoke Smell. We got 2 room on 2nd floor, one of them was full of cigarette smoke smell, although w

Dirtiest hotel that I had ever stayed in my life”
The room is spacious and the location is good. But the whole hotel is so filthy, that even the lift is dirty. First we were given a room with a spoiled tap, the water is leaking and the whole toilet floor is wet. They did put some plastic to prevent the water from dripping to the floor but it didn’t work as there is too much leaking from the tap. I am surprised that they did not get it fixed therefore I requested to get another room. The staff at the counter gave a room card of another room to let me check out the room first before changing it. So I went to check and I told her that the television is spoiled but we still went ahead to change it. This new room that we went to is even dirtier

For a really cheap price, i consider this hotel is really the best value hotel in Bukit Bintang KL. Its really close to the Pavilion and other tourism spot Bukit Bintang. The room also clean and neat. The staff also very nice and helping. That time, i dont have RM money, the staff allowed me to use my currency (Rupiah) for the deposite. Overall, i had a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent very near to convenient store, pavilion mall, Fahrenheit only about 50m with large king size beautiful bed but unfortunately i did not get what i paid for, i was not satisfied with the condition of the room, it was not clean, bathroom bidet stained was not clean properly, the jacuzzi bath tud didn't work properly, hair dryer was not working. I paid for the suite room but i only get the standard room benefit.

for a room in the middle of bukit bintang and a bathtub with super cheap price i dont have anything much to complain. for you sohai people if you want good hotel go book at jw marriot beside starhill dont be stingy and expect 5 star experience. this hotel is good for budget holidaymakers as it is cheap and comfortable. only comment i would like to make is about your cleanliness. i know you guys can improve the cleanliness of the room. aside from that everything is perfect

good location nearby to all the main shoping mall in Bukit Bintang. small but clean. provided with kettle and but no tea sugar coffee or watever provided. u can get it from the nearby seven eleven. there is parking available but u need to pay 15 ringgit per entry and 40 ringgit if u want to park whole day. better to park elsewhere. i stay here for the price,location and the room itself.

Very Bad Experience. ”
The Receiptionist, Philipine Woman was so rude. All the staff said that. So rude! Very Rude!!!!!! The other receptionist Malaysian Chinese Guy also didn't help much. Our rooms (3 rooms) didn't ready until 8pm. We already there from 2pm, we go out and back at 6pm and our room did not ready. We all sitting on the floor for 2 hours waiting. The picture was good.. But...The Bed is hard. Room is too small. The Bathroom has a strange design. I swear 🤣🤣🤣 We always ended up in fight with the philipino woman. She said she doesn't care if i give one star. She never say sorry. She is crazy, rude, no hospitality at all. Ewhhh. I don't want remember anything here. So badddd Oh, about the location. I always use grab apps to hailing a taxi, but the driver always found a difficulty to find the hotel 😂 🤣 🤣 🤣.

Rooms could use some updating ”
The property is in an ideal location, one block from the Pavilion KL. It’s quiet after the crowds go home at night and it’s also less than 500 feet from the train/tram stations. However, the rooms could use updating. The bathtub has black mold in the caulking, the toilet seat is dirty and filthy, the towels are not white, the bedsheets have blood stains, the desk with the table was always covered in ants. The doors have a large gap at the bottom so I was worried about critters entering the room at night. Housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping the rooms neat and in order, but the owners could invest more into the property.

Basic hotel with lift, wifi, hot shower & bottled water given. Just beside Fahrenheit 88.. walking distance to Bukit Bintang/Pavi shopping area. Public parking quite limited but easy access via bus/taxi/MRT. For the price paid, I'm quite satisfied.

The hotel is very near to MRT, Monorail, Pavillion and other shopping malls. Very convenient for those who want to stay one night there. The staff are very friendly. They allowed us to keep our luggage after we check out. The room is clean.
