Dirty sheets, lots of stains, no air conditioning. Complaining to the staff about ac to the third staff saying "what's the cheap pa hotel?" There's a lot of hotels down below with better facilities!

Comfortable & huge room”
the closest factory outlet to cleo guesthouse is rumah mode, which is still in a walking distance. The room is also comfortable and large size. The only problem we encountered during our stay was the water heater temperatue is quite difficult to control.

The best guesthouse for its price”
We book 2 room for 2 days .And we extend for another 5 days! The room is very large and perfect for vacation in Bandung, where we only stay for good rest and sleep. Room 201- Executives Plus (with water cooker and fridge) Room 205- Executive (1 queen bed) Room 202- Family Room (1 single bed & 1 queen bed) The only problem is the internet is not working, but we don't really need it. So it is not a problem. One note is, the hot water is really hot and difficult to control. But it is not really a problem

It was great, especially the clean and huge room we got with the lowest price from agoda. Good services, but for breakfast and other foods and beverages, they were not really good. You can have your meals at Paris Van Java, a very good shopping mall near the hotel. But overall it was a nice staying in Bandung.

I stayed for 4 nights at Cleo and for me, it was a good experience. The staffs are really helpful. Nice room and bathroom however, if there is a wardrobe it could be better. The breakfast could also be improved, taste and variety-wise. Overall, not bad for the price charged.

We book family room for 3 people and stayed for 2days. Location is good. Paris Van Jaya Mall and Rumah Mode is near by. They have comfortable room, clean and great interior. The staff was friendly. Overall it was nice, except shower hot water difficult to control, no elevator, type of breakfast could also be improved. But it is not bad for the price charged.

The location is near PVJ and Rumah Mode, u could find public transport very easy in front of the hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly. For 250k per night u will get the same facilities just like in other 400k hotel. I love the modern room interior design, cozy bed, cable tv and it's fast wifi connection. There were also a sofa in the room. The minus side about this hotel is the breakfast. The taste was not good. They really need to upgrade their cooking skill. Another minus thing when i was there was the water from the tap couldn't run properly. Kinda blocked i guess. But the shower was okay. Only the washtafel needs to be fixed. In general, i think this hotel is quite good and value for money.

I like the stay here as the factory outlet is very near by, like Rumah Mode, Fashion World ,etc. Near by is the super market ,Is good to shop at the super market for the price is pretty cheap. Location is good. Paris Van Jaya Mall is near by and is very big , can spend half a day there. Looking for food is very convenience, a lot of food store.

it was a pleasant experience staying here.we arrived quite late at night and it was raining.the staff was very helpful and made our arrival much easier than expected.the room was large enough for a couple.comfy beds with lots of pillows.breakfast was served in the room (plus point!).however the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low.water heater wasnt working very well either.but all in all, it was a great stay.would definitely recommend it.

I stayed there for 1 night in executive room. They have comfortable room with very nice minimalist design. The staff was very friendly. The best thing are it is located near shopping centre (PVJ and Ciwalk) and they have free airport shuttle services.

We have booked two rooms, one of it is okay while the other room was stuffy and smelly. We have lodged a complaint but nothing much has been done. Perhaps this is what u get with such a cheap price. However, we would recommend you to try the Zen Spa nearby to hotel, within walking distance. The spa is cheap and good, must try.

It was good for staying in short days. Room big and clean. Standard breakfast, fried rice or fried noodle (indomi goreng). Internet was so poor. Near with paris van java mall, and short walk to rumah mode. Staff were so nice and friendly. Over all it was a good place to stay.
