The Staff”
the Chinese Lady In The Reception Very Rude and Annoying , Can't even Give and Take abit also In Emergency also, like Her Grandmother hotel as she react.

Broken bed which spring poked my back, furthermore room is very bad condition and with all the paint peel off, got weird smell in the room

Inside of the room was too dirty. Saw a lot of semen on the wall. Yuks. Too dirty and the toilet smells too bad enter the room as well. Then the bed also been broken as i wanted to sleep on the floor with the mattress . Can’t go down n complain as i was too tired that night.

They gave us room under maintenance then when we asked for other room they said not available..the available room need to add extra RM..after we arguing as its our right to get proper room and not room under maintenance then only they gave us other room..but yet still not satisfy as the room condition is not as in the pic..we check out at the same day and dont get the refund..its okay rather than sleep in the bad room..we immediately check in to other hotel nearby..

The hotel is in good location. abit hard to find car park. fir the room very dirty and smeely , i wont boom oyo hotel any more. doom is much much more cleaner and counfoatable for sleeping
