The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Our stay was more than my money's worth. It's in the city center, less than 1km you'll reach sm clark or walking street. Easy access to the main highway, casino Filipino and other food establishment. The room was clean. I had a great sleep. They have a strong internet connection. The Ac was in super good condition. No problem for stay cation.. Am definitely going back here.

My husband and I were looking for an affordable place to stay during our quarantine period and we were pleasantly surprised by OYO Elti Dormitel! The staff are very friendly, and the rooms were quite comfortable and cozy. The room is the stated size and may be smaller than some people are used to, but they have reliable wifi, plenty of two-prong outlets, running water and a plug-in water heater, and the staff will bring you anything you need. The only issue (that soon became a non-issue) was a slightly off-putting smell from the bathroom/shower area when we first arrived, but after putting a little soap on the floor and washing it the smell promptly went away and didnt return. The staff are all very friendly, will answer at any hour, and will bring you anything need. We also paid for food to be delivered to the rooms, and it was acceptably varied and pleasant for the price we paid. Emails were sent to us from the covid swab facility to ask for our hotel and room number, and they performed the swab at our rooms. My husband is a doctor, and said the swab was performed very gently and professionally. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable quarantine option, and would stay here again in the future!

Great lighting inside the room unlike other hotel rooms. Very affordable. Very nice sheets and towels. No cable tv as it was still being repaired with their service provider. Use Agoda.

Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Room is good for an affordable and reasonable price. Has a decent wifi and water heater. I gave 5 stars overall; however, the food is so overpriced. Everything except the food's price is a thumbs up for me.

The room was obviously clean. Had a refreshing stay and didn't expect it to be good because the location seemed rather obscure. But in these times one would prefer a sanitized place to stay and Elti Dormitel was just that. Oh I almost forgot to mention the helpful and cheerful staff.
