Brand new hotel with great location”
this is brand new hotel in the city center just open last month. just walking distance to famous pempek shop in palembang, restaurant & business district. 5 minute to jembatan ampera & tourism area. breakfast in this hotel also good enough, room very clean & fresh, nice bed, with leather sofa, big lcd tv & high speed wifi in the room. friendly staff. i would stay there again..good value for money

Fun and enjoyable, worth for the money spend”
The process of check in and check out was fast and easy. The staffs are very helpful. The food is good. The hotel also allows me for late check out until 2.30pm without any extra charges. The hotel is also safe for my yound children to stay in a room on their own because there is no connecting room but the hotel gave me a room beside my room for my young children. It is a hotel that will try to their best to cater for customer's need whatever possible. I will surely recommend it to my friends travelling to Palembang.

It was my first business trip at palembang. It was a cap go meh event so most of the hotels were fully booked. Last chance, I used agoda to booked this hotel because there was no chance to booked it manually onsite. I chose this hotel because its location and cleanliness. The staff were very nice too. I shall use this hotel again next time i visit palembang.

Good all around hotel”
We had a good experience during our 4 nights here. Room was clean. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Complimentary breakfast that varied slightly each day. The staff was helpful. Bedding was clean. Only cons: a few ants near the coffee maker but no big deal, no flat sheet on bed only a comforter with sheet built in (asked the staff for a flat sheet and they brought us one). Would gladly stay there again.

First of all, the location is very good, and you can find easily find food surrounding the hotel, and the staffs are nice, however this hotel lack of facility-maintenance is very disappointing... I stayed here quite often, the first time they opened it was superb and the price was good, but now its getting more expensive while the rooms that I stayed in almost always had issues, electricity went down many times, the lock was broken, the aircon wasnt cool at all.... I really wish they fix all of those problems....

Just a normal hotel but not convenient”
I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location for the hotel was not so strategic. It's located at the T junction and it was a hassle for the guest to cross the road. It was not convenient to get a trishaw nearby the street. Walking to the nearest shopping mall takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The superior room just suitable for a maximum of 2 guests. I found out that water was leaking from the piping at bathroom. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. The reception was helpful, one of the staff, Mario, willing to fetch me around the city. But only after his working shift, he did not quote the price until he fetched me on the way back to the hotel. Imagine that I paid for his meal and petrol wish I felt that it was okay since he willing to show me around the city. At the end he demanded Rp200,000 from me. I tried to reduce the charges but failed! I worried that he might hurt me so I have no choice and paid him Rp200,000. He stopped his motorcycle before we reached the hotel, in order to collect the money from me. I was totally shocked and angry! Advice to the guest/tourist: Do not trust anyone especially for the reception counter staff called Mario.

We stayed for 2 nights in deluxe room we arrived at 10 am, only for dropping in our baggage, but luckily we can check in After checked in, our room is stink because the exhaust fan in toilet is broken we complained to front desk and then we're moved to another room, which is bigger then our first room toilet is quite clean, although the floor is a bit slippery they provide towel, brush tooth and soap some desk and chairs are quite dusty, remember to clean up before you use them they have lot of variety for breakfast quite good actually what we love about this hotel is its location there's pempek stall, mini market, ATM, food street etc, all within walking distance Tips : room facing the main street is brighter but louder

Nice small hotel in Palembang”
Stayed there for 2 nights. We got what we paid for. Our room was quite clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the city centre so we can easily travel around and also go for food street hunting.

Flight arrived at 8am local time Reached the hotel by 10am, and was able to check in without incurring additional charges. That was very considerate of them. Just had to wait for an hour for the room to be ready.

this hotel is good enough if you want to stay for business trip, the location is great, price is okay, however the room is quiet small, and smell not really good, the breakfast menu is too little so when you stay for several days, you can feel bored, wifi password everyday change and you need to ask by yourself again for the password

the room was very small and i think it's smaller that stated on site. there was no refrigerator too. there was also no parking area which can reduce our comfort staying at this hotel. the main point of this hotel is only its location. and because it's still new, the room's condition is good.
