Value for money and convenient”
The location is very good near to many eateries. Room comfortable and bed is cozy. Only the bathroom needs a little scrubbing as there are a lot of stain marks from the sink to the bathroom walls. Other than that it is a value for money to stay kinda hotel :)

Suitable for short stay. They have very basic facilities like tv, shower, bed, pillow and towel. The room is dusty and the wifi is not stable. The location is good and easy to get food.

Overall just ok. Smell a bit ..need to improve on air circulation since air is not smell good. Facilities bit old but as for value of money, it is ok. Pillow and bed not good but as informed, it is based on the price. Overall only 3stars.

Last Minute Cancellation from the Hotel”
When I already departed from my hometown(Sarawak) to Kuala Lumpur for Convocation Day, staff call me and they told me that they can't allocate room for me. When I ask regarding my booking, they ask me to cancel in Agoda and I refuse to do so. They cancel the booking for me and wrote on Agoda's account that I ask to cancel. Their staff services proved a disappointment :(

A great places to stay. Not too hard to find the location and this hotel got a lot of stalls, restaurants, shop nearby so it doesnt feel sunyi especially for a girl who decided to stay at this hotel. The room was okay for me not too big or small either. The bedsheets, pillows, tv, floor, door, bathroom are all okay and satisfy me. And it has iron also outside of the room with a fan on it so we would not feel hot when iron. And got water filter beside of it on each floor. The staff were friendly to us when we dont know how to switch on the tv since it’s a myfreeview television. For me it’s a comfortable hotel to stay for a short traveller. Will i come again? Yes.

Pros: Fast check in and out. Surrounded by food stalls. 24 hours restaurants. Mcd. Secret Recipe. And other franchise food chains. Watson. Sundry shops. There is a tyre / mechanic shop right behind the hotel. Dobi nearby. BSN and Maybank within walking distance. Parking might be difficult. Room is clean. No supplementary water bottles or cups or glass provided in the room. There is a hot and cold water dispenser and an iron board at the reception area but I hadn't used them. Cons: Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights but my room is not tidied once. The mini shampoo and shower gel tubes are not exchanged with new ones the next day. No toilet papers provided. However it is not much of an issue for me. Thin walls so can hear radio and people talking from outside. But things start to quiet down by 10:30pm. Summary: would recommend.

Good place to stay for business travelers”
stayed for 3 nights. lots of parking spaces, places to eat and also convenience stores are all in walking distances. rooms are as shown in photos. Just dont put up too much expectation please, they do just fine for a business travelers stay as I only only came to rest n sleep. Good and friendly receptionist lets me choose which floor i wanna stay. Check in and check out process are smooth.

Service a bit dissapointed”
I book another hotel, but OYO company change my booking room to this hotel due to some issue. But there are miscommunication among the OYO staff, and they said my payment (in previous hotel) not worth to this hotel's room price. Therefore, I have to call to customer service for confirmation and help. At the end, they only let me check in after OYO company agree to pay the money that lack compare to previous hotel.

Good to budget traveler, not recommended for couple or family”
Pro: low price, McD and Watson is within 1 min walking distance, hotel is surrounded by few local restaurant too. Hotel is too near to 24-hrs restaurant. I can hear the loud noise of cooking and chatting inside bathroom. SOLUTION: close the plastic door of bathroom to reduce 50% of noise. Floor is somehow sticky, no room service for my 4-day stay. Pillow is very old... For very budget traveler, it's still considered good.
