Room was big, satisfied with the cleanliness. Staff were friendly. Lots of parking (maybe it wasn't on a busy day). Room was not sound proof can hear people talking but okay. Lift is working well, they provide mini fridge.

Value for money.. But I always confius about the room deposit... It not my first time stay in this hotel... Sometime hotel deposit rm20... Sometime rm50 as I know it should be fix deposit so easier for the guest to know the badger when check in

Check-In was smooth.Thou when I reach the hotel the lady still cleaning my room.The air-cond was licking.No toothbrush.Towels were yellowish.Its okay for a night stay.Didn't get to use the WIFI.Overall was an OK stay.

i choose here because easy parking and near to town.. but please make sure cleaness in tip top.. bedsheet look dark and like not washing. smoking plate also not clean. improve bit otherwise all ok

The worst hotel ever! I checked in late. They gave me leaked air-cond room where I could hear the water flows at 3 a.m. When asked to change room they said they already know the problem.Ironically they still gave the room to customer. I asked but they couldn't reply.Unpleasant smell!Then changed to another unit.Unfortunately this time the toilet was blocked!So I could see the 'gold' inside after my 12y-o son did his business at 4.30 a.m.Due to exhaustion I had to ignore it so we just closed the toilet door.This time the air-cond didn't really work.My God! My son lost his mobile phone after we checked out. But when we called them they said they didn't know and just hung up the phone. The worst ever hotel in the whole universe!!!!!!!

Not meet expectation”
I would like to share my journey: 1. The traffic was quite bad to enter the hotel area area due to construction at Jalan Ampang. However, I think this is just temporary. 2. Limited parking space 3. The room we got was no window and cigarette smell was really bad even though we requested for non smoking room. Really hard to breath inside the room. That's the worst part for me. 4. The receptionist was not friendly at all and never smile to their customer however they were quite helpful. To be honest, we a bit scared when we first check-in.

Old furniture and black color towel. ”
We booked the hotel at average price at town, not the cheapest but we get the cheapest room. The hotel towel is black colour..furniture is old... Bed sheet is also black color .. I can smell it been washed but come out.. Change new lah.. Disappointed. When we check out we saw the corner room is much better.. Asked the price is same price we booked. What the xxxx... We booked others OYO hotel nearby also not like this.. Some more they free upgrade us to bigger room when early check in.

At first check in there’s a smelly on reception area.. really make us not comfortable.. then when going to room there’s a 2 towel but not very clean.. then on the last day, there’s have power shortage on morning.. this is the first and last we choose this hotel..

AIR COND NOT COLD AT ALL. RECEPTIONIST TOOK AN HOUR TO FIND AVAILABLE ROOM EVEN I CAME AT 5 P.M. ON THAT DAY. ROOM SO SMELLY AND LOOKS VERY OLD. WILL BE NOT GOING BACK AGAIN.
