the hotel is nice but the room is quite small. anyhow it was still comfortable to stay.the staff also very friendly and helpful.the cleanliness of the hotel is satisfied.should suggest this hotel to others who wants to find a hotel in rawang that this hotel is better than the other.the hotel is near the rawang central and the supermarket (mydin,giant)

Cost: I booked the deluxe double bed for just RM30 only (USD 8.00). So its very cheap. Location: Its at Rawang town but a bit isolated. I saw only one night club bar beside the this hotel. Other shops all closed or empty. But dont wory, nearby restaurants is 2 or 3 km. Facility: Old bed sheest, white color turning slightly to yellow. Heater knob already broken and old. Lobby sofa already in damaged condition and dirty. My advise: Bachelors can stay here if you get cheaper price like me. Its really worth. But family, please find other better hotels.

Hotel Kristal is centrally located in Rawang city. Unfortunately it is of a very poor standard, but it provides a bed and a shower, that's all. When openeing the bathroom door I could see the cockroaches having a party there, smelly and not clean at all. Definitely a "No No" for me in future. It was noisy all night long as it is located at a major cross road. I would say "an emergency hotel"....meaning if nothing else is available then ok as it does not rain in.

Worst Hotel Ever”
Firstly, pictures shown were like 10 years ago. When we arrived, the hotel looks old and dirty. Second, the facilities mentioned is not provided such as tv room with no tv, city view with no window, toilet with no shampoo or tissue, air conditioned room with no controller, no free bottled water found, no hair dryer provided in room or even at the counter, towels are not prepared so we have to collect them from staff ourselves. Last but not least, we were arranged in room 108 but the room inner lock was not in good condition (loosen) and the room number plate is gone.

Booked this hotel thru agoda.com. When we arrived, the receptionist claimed that there was no bookings and later told that she has only 4 rooms. Told her that payment has already been made and it was her problem to find the other 2 rooms. Spent nearly 25 mins settling this issue. After a tiring drive to this location, it was really not expected.

i book a room yes its cheap but as soon as i check in at front desk some other guest complain that he dont have towel so i just ignore his situation so i go to my room sadly after look at my room i found that i also dont et my towel, then my toilet also dont have light. Then i have to go to front desk again to request room change. then i go to second room same situation happen so sad. for third time i go to front desk the other guest still there waiting his towel. then i get another room which is working not the best but it ok, sadly towel also not there i ask front desk to send me a towel whenever they have but until morning no body bother to send me one. room also got many black ant everywhere.

I've booked my room with full paid but then after i came to the hotel, the receptionist said all the rooms is fully booked include with my room. They already gave my room to other guest even I already paid for the room. I tried to call customer service line, but there's no one pickup.
