As a regular guest of this hotel, I would give an exceptional rating in terms of guest satisfaction. I had issues with the hotel cleanliness before but it seemed that they are improving drastically. Besides the cleanliness, I like the fact that the rooms are elegantly furnished. Recommended and will be coming back to stay.

Such a great location and complete with facilities and friendly staffs! Despite being an old hotel, the maintenance was well kept. The hotel is near to all places, sogo etc. A good 10 mins walk cause you get to look at other shops along the way too. Thank you for your great service. Will definitely repeat with my friends next time, tq!

Front office staff were all helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness is above average. Only that, the stairwell need to have a deep cleaning to remove the bad small.

Stating here for 1 night.. easy access to popular place such as Sogo, TAR, Jakel Mall.. Staff really friendly and helpful.. However, the fridge is room is not functioning well, bit dirty and water leaking from the fridge.. Other than that, i’m satisfied.. thanks..

The location is good, lots of places to go to..and it's right beside the Masjid Jamek LRT station. The hotel staff are friendly and they maintain the cleanliness of the room well. The showers are nice and clean. Overall, I would come back here again in the future.
