I made a last minute booking and reached the hotel late at night. It was a shock when the staff told me there's no room available! Fortunately I managed to book a room from another hotel but it should not have happened in the first place. How could the booked room wasn't available!!!

When i come late night seem like my room is overlap with other booking. But luckily the staff solve it well in short time. Price is higher maybe because i book on same night. Paint in room has some stain. Not like the pipe in bathroom. Check in check out is ok

When I went for check in they told me that all rooms are full and give me another address to go there and stay over there !!! The room was dirty , the hotel is near street and the noise doesn’t let me to sleep.

Very dirty got many small cockroach！horrible！！no come here again! In the room only have toilet,queen bed and television. No cupboard or any table can put my bag and toilet no tissue . Worst of all things is the door cannot lock inside. Mean outside people or staff got key just can came in our room!!! Never sleep well on that day!
