Nice decent hotel”
+ food heaven around the hotel, staff is really nice and polite, would recommend this place to my colleagues for any business trip. - the shop next to the hotel which is under renovation has no proper brains or either they are sitting on their brains and not using it..they will start renovating at early 7am until late 8pm , the owner of the shop should stay for one night to understand how numb his nuts are and even saturday and sundays they will knock until 8pm..very low life mentality..

Great Location Next To Sunway Giza Mall”
dataran sunway was easy to find but to find the hotel is kind of difficult as the street numbering is rather confusing. the hotel is located just next block to sunway giza which has nice restaurants, cafes etc...the room is clean, bathroom is good too. there is wi-fi in the room. my only lament is throughout my three day stay there, nobody came to clean the room, bedsheets, towels etc were not changed too. since i only came back late in the evening, i didnt bother to call the reception to get the chambermaid to clean the room for the 3 days.

overall is ok, located just beside Sunway Giza mall and got a lots of restaurant surrounding there, easy excess to Ikea, The Curve and IPC Shopping mall. Just 10 minutes from the Kota Damansara Toll

No water.”
Upon arrival we were told there was no water supply at the hotel and they have to relocate us to another hotel. We were send to Sovotel and the hotel was good. Hopefully next time can inform customers prior to arrival.

Nice Hotel for Backpack Traveller”
Enjoyed staying at the hotel with friendly staff at the counter area. The room was small but generally comfortable for short stay. Basic toiletries (eg. comb, toothbrush/paste, shower cap) were missing though. Aircon and bed were superb.

1) Nice staff and helpful. 2) Great location, easy to go to GIZA sunway shopping mall. 3) Easy to taste the nice food around the area. 4) Take a taxi around 15min can reach another shopping mall ~ One Utama. 5) Hotel room clean.

Comfortable, Clean, Great Location”
Room had no windows but was comfortable enough for a night's stay. Quite small but then again had enough storage space for luggage and some boxes, and was clean. Location is great, near food, shopping and convenient stores. Parking may not be available during weekdays as you park around the area or in front of the hotel and is subject to the government/municipal council rules, not the hotel's.

Very near to shopping complex, near Ikea, kidszania. A lot of food with walking distance. Fast check in/check out. The hotel hv a good design, clean bathroom. But the TV channel always scrambled.

Hotel with good location”
Convenient stores, banks, restaurant, pub & bistro, boutiques are located very near to this hotel, within walking distance. There's a shopping mall next to the row of the hotel too. You can find some 24 hrs restaurants there too. Reasonable price.

Drunk Receptionist ”
It was horrible, my first stay was okay, as i am a student and travelling from johor bahru once a month, i reach kota damansara usually about 1 or 2am and required a hotel who will allow me for late check-in, so i choose this hotel as the 1st time they just checked me in. my 2nd stay was horrible, the receptionist was sitting outside with a few guys and the man who check me in was drunk. i could smell heavy beer smell on him. and the room was with mosquito and bed bug!!! on my day leaving, i had so much of bed bug bites and mosquito bite on my body. i couldnt sleep peacefully at all. decided not to take that hotel again!!!

budget hotel ”
a place suitable for entertainment and lots of offices nearby guess is convenient if you got some work to do nearby area. sunway giza was just walking distance where can see a few bar pack with youngsters. great happening area. room was as expected normal small budget hotel room would be great if it's slightly cheaper as there's not much things provided.

Good location, clean and new. However, the room is not really sound proof and bad luck if you have noisy neighbour beside you. Nevertheless, good experience and the wifi is really good.

there are a lot of places to eat around the hotel”
The hotel is located about 3 km away from major shopping centers and that is about the only reason I chose to stay here. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel and even a small size shopping mall just a few steps away. Now, about the hotel, the check in area is really small and cramped. The check in process took especially long and the service could be better. There is a table in the corner where breakfast is served in the morning. The breakfast is just cup noodles and bread and maybe a few eggs. The room is small as expected. Cleanliness is subpar.

Second time stayed here + value for money, spacious, cool design, amenities within walking distance - the carpet is not that clean, we found toenails under the bed. Smoke smell sometimes. Bathroom door can't be locked, water sometimes murky. TV channel not quite watchable. This area also got serious issue for parking around lunchtime add to that frequently monitored for compound by enforcement officers.

Great location but a little bit dirty”
We took a taxi to the hotel and the driver was having a little bit trouble finding the hotel. The Premier Double room we stayed was a little bit dirty, with spots on bathroom curtain and bed sheet. What I like about this hotel that it is located in a strategic location with a few steps to Guardian convenience store, within minutes walk to various kopitiam and Sunway Giza.

The rooms are bad condition and dirty.”
I was given room 205. - The room carpet was dusty as like did not vacum for a long time. - carpet was done following the bed side. Therefor the other half are tiles and that cause the carpet nail can be easily step on. Is very dangerous for a stupid owner doing this way. - bathroom is glass wall, that cause early morning bright lights shin in. - shower hole full with hairs. The hairs are as thick as a 5x toothbrush hair size. Very clearly the room did not clean for a very long time. This is extremly show OYO management and the hotel owner dont care about the cleanliness of the room at all.

its a no frill hotel, jus pay and go up to your room,I keep going back to this hotel, its economical, its clean and comfortable. not pricey. only difficulty is getting a car park if you drive becos there are so many eateries, food food... and more food...Stayed here twice. The first time, air con wasn't working and the beds was dirty, with hair strewn all over. Second time, there was no remote control for the tv so couldn't switch...
