The shower heads were spoiled. It could use some repair. Location was however quite good for that area, nearby a few malls and just directly in front of the state museum

Greetings! 2nd time stayed here, actually booked for std king, given std qn. Call receptionist to change, upgraded with no extra charges to family suite. Room cleanliness good but the toilet still the same with blinking light when u turned on the water heater and almost fall toilet door 😆 tv cannot be watched, idk y but ady spend some effort to switch it on but failed also. Not bother to contact them again. So, maybe another 5 yrs u all can comeback to see if any changes made.

Not helpful or friendly staff.. Water supply was closed and was not ready to use.. Disturbed my sleep by knocking the door and insisted to repair TV when i dont even complaint that TV was malfunction because i din even wanted to watch tv.. if it were my request to check the tv, then it might acceptable and there wouldn't be remark now.. Personal view NOT Recommend.. Hotel need to improve a lot to have future business.

Pro: if you are looking for a budget here is the place. Towel, soap, mineral water, small bottle of shampoo & lotion provided. Con: dirty bed sheet, no clean up of toilet, safely lock is broken, no toilet paper, no window.

The toilet is dirty，the cleaner didnt clean up the washroom after the previous user. There is a strong smell of cockroaches after enter the room. Request for change room they said impossible. When I coming back to the room there is a cockroach welcome me as well as mosquitoes. Whole night having mosquitoes flying here and there. Toilet papers need request from receptionist only given. Is a very bad experience staying over there

WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN SEREMBAN”
Honest Review from me: Pros: 1. Near to Plam Mall (But need to main cross road) 2. Cheap (but, personally I fell not worth it) 3. Got wifi. Cons: 1. Rooms not properly maintained. Room are very dusy and got cockroaches!!!! 2. No water heater to make coffee. No cups provided. 3. My room was downgrad from King room to Queen room due to the King room is very dirty. 4. The bad sheet is not hotel standard. They have colourful badsheet (seems ordered from shopee) 5. No towel provided. Need to ask at counter then they give you. 6. No table. 7. TV channel keep disconnected. 8. No network coverage inside the room. Thank God there's a hotel wifi (slow connection but still can receive watsapp). 9. Water heater for shower not functioning well. 10. Room very small. Almost can't breath. Conclusion: Not recommend. My first and last stay in this hotel. I have stayed more than 5 different hotels in Seremban area and this is the worst one. Serious. I have paid more cheaper price than this hotel but provided wayyy better room and services. Sorry, but I hope this hotel management can upgrade their hotel. Seems like this hotel is a family business. No proper management. Thank you.

Very Unhygienic (Dirty) - Dont fall for fraud reviews!”
1) Rooms like untouched for decades, dusty, moldy and dirty. 2) Infested with bugs. 3) Noisy and dangerous. 4) Wifi connected but no internet. 5) You cant even use your own data as there was no coverage. 6) Staff was smoking inside the hotel. 7) On my 2nd day of staying, someone was tried to get into my room using a differemt access card, but fortunate for me as i was inside the room all day, no privacy and dangerous to leave any valuable items inside. ( Supposed only customer should have the card to access into the room)

Room is not properly cleaned ”
The room was not properly cleaned, there were stain marks all over the bedsheet and pillow sheets and towels (everything white basically). Toilet was so dirty, not properly cleaned (the tiles, the walls). There was still stain marks all over the toilet from previous customer. One of the staff was not friendly at all. Booking system was not systematic at all. They gave me an occupied room at first and had to change the room to a dirty one. There was a problem with my booking where they were confused about our check out date. But the location was good because it is close to a mall (food). Other than that, would not recommend to others.
